Chick-fil-A, Chambersburg PA

As always Chick-fil-A is the best fast food restaurant around. Your food is always fresh. The sweet tea is awesome. Keep up the good work. Always friendly and always saying my pleasure.

I don't visit often, but when I do, I get fast friendly service, and great food. Even on extremely busy days. Yea, it's fast food, and unhealthy, but who can resist that sauce? !

My family and I love it here! Most of them know my name! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. The owner Adam is so sweet. Garrett is awesome and Jess is also so friendly!

DO NOT GO! THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME TWICE! TOLD ME IN FRONT OF A BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT MY CARD DIDN’T GO THROUGH. I HAD TO SHOW THEM MY BANK ACCOUNT WHERE IT CAME OUT. COMPLETELY HUMILIATED AND NO APOLOGY. SHE QUICKLY PRINTED THE RECEIPT AND THREW IT AWAY. WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER “Alicia” SHE SAID HER NAME WAS SAID “UHH SORRY” YEAH SORRY FOR THE PUBLIC EMBARRASSMENT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE AND MY SON

This was a good Chick-fil-A location. We stopped while driving through the area on a recent family trip. Their drive-thru line looked like it was moving well, but we decided to eat in the dining room since it was open, and we're sick of eating in our car. The outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated with Christmas lights covering the entire building! Anyways, I ordered through the app, and entered the table number we sat at, and our food was quickly delivered to the table, and the order was correct. The restaurant was busy inside, but I was happy to find that there wasn't a delay in getting our food. Like at most Chick-fil-A restaurants, all of the friendly to us. (I wish more restaurants had employees which acted like that.)

Very poor service, always forget something in my order happens every time, im going to start holding up the line and take my time to check my order next time come on chick-fil-A get it together

Always fast and friendly even if the line is all the way to the entrance you will be done eating for food before you'd get to the front of the line at many fast food places and the food is better!

Drive thru has two lanes. Fastest service I've ever experienced on a weekend lunch rush. Waited maybe 5 minutes for our food. Employees are kind and very efficient with their tablets in the drive thru.

Staff is always friendly! Most efficient drive thru ever. Good food (but sometimes the fries are limp and not salted), and I just wish the peach milkshake was year round

Chambersburg Chick-fil-A meets Mr. Clucks approvals on every level. On a percentage scale coming in at 120% employees and cleanliness!

Order 10 count chicken minis and a 4 count chicken mini for my me and my two boys to eat when I got him and we opened the box the bread was only on top of chicken nuggets but the bottoms were completely balled up and 2 of them didn’t even have a bottom and the one bread that was together that looked perfect had a chicken nugget crumb with no meat. I tried to call to inform them but the line was busy for 10mins straight. Horrible experience for the first time EVER from Chick-fil-A

Best food by far, and the customer service is outstanding. Close McDonald's and Burger King and just bring in more Chick-fil-A.

I've tried to like this place. Chicken batter is way too sweet and the chocolate milk shake had no chocolate flavor at all. Very light tan in color. Blah! Probably last try, too expensive to be consistently disappointed.

Ask for my nuggets to be cooked well done and was told no. We don t cook well done a here. I explained I have had them cooked well done at other chic flix and they never had a issue doing so. I wont be coming back to this location.
P.s I walked inside to get them cooked well done so its not like they had a drive-through packed full of cars waiting on my nuggets. Michael was the one who refused to cook them for me. Never comimg back

Service was quite fast, and courteous. Our food got to us quickly. The quality of the food was up to their usual standards - I have never been disappointed when I patronize a store in this chain. I will be back there again if I find myself hungry in this area again. Recommended.

I don't understand how/why the employees at chick fil a are so much nicer and professional but companies should take note.

It's a fast food chicken place, I'll never understand the obsession people have with it, but hey, you do you. The staff is incredibly polite & well mannered, the food is okay, not particularly a sensation you must have but it's good enough for a quick bite on the go, unless it's Sunday.

We wanted to dine in. There was a note on the door as you entered saying for dine in you must use the app to order. Well since I didn't have the app I had to download it. After spending about 10 minutes getting the app and then ordering mind you the employees are just watching us. As we were trying to finish ordering because you need to make an account more people came in and went right to the register to order their food like normal. You would thought the employees standing behind the register would have said I can take your order. Well Chick-fil-A has lost our business.
