Chick-fil-A, Shrewsbury PA

They know what they're doing when it comes to chicken food. Very friendly god fearing folk, plus they give your dog a treat and pets if you want. I love this place

Always a good meal to be had. One adult and two kids meals were under $25. Love the free sauces, of which there is a nice variety.

Wish the customers were as nice and pleasant as the staff.

Never a bad experience. I will almost always give Chick-fil-A a 5 star review if they hook me up on the extra pickles!

My boyfriend wanted to eat Shrewsbury Chick-Fil-A food. The food was yummy. And, they are now open for inside dining. Worth a visit to Chick-Fil-A.

Food was great but I waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes. They only had one of their 2 lanes open. Very friendly staff.

I am always amazed with the unmistakable professionalism, quality of food and service, and precession food preparation Chick-fil-A has EVERY order. I ordered through the app in the parking lot, went through the drive through, seconds later knew who I was and three minutes later rounding the drive thru Had My Order waiting for me. What, No other place can do this, consistently every order, every day! That is why they always have a line and people are happy to wait, PERIOD. OH and the food is great!

It doesn't matter what state we visit Chick-fil-A is never a disappointment. The staff is always polite and efficient, the food is always good. With multiple people in the family with gluten allergies fast food is hard for us. Chick-fil-A is always our first choice on the road.

Terrible customer service, I pulled up in line just to get a milkshake at 8: 59 and they walked away and refused to give me 1 milkshake. Terribly customer service and very disrespectful!

Chick fila just does fast food better than you can ever expect. I dont see how they could get better without being open Sundays

Dining room was closed except for order pickup. Can get busy, so I prefer to use the mo8app to order and walk in to pick up.

We go here once a week. It's either for food or even just a milkshake treat. I love how they always say it's their pleasure to serve us and they are actually always nice. My fur baby gets compliments all the time.

Costumer service was awesome. I ordered a medium nugget tray and another guy got a small strip tray. When I went pick it up they accidentally gave him my order so they had to call him and let him know he can redeem his free strip tray one day and still got my large tray. Then they made my large nugget tray quickly and gave me his small tray too since it was already made.

We all make mistakes so I totally understood, but they went the extra mile and we both made out better in the end.

Staff was friendly. The wait is very long anytime of day. Ordered food and was told they only offer small shakes due to corporate regulations? Idk what that's supposed to mean but seems ridiculous. Missing half our order and had to go back to get the rest. They did make good on the issue but still shouldn't have to wait 20- 30 minutes in line to only get half your food. Very pricey also.

After being pleased in the past, I went for a quick dinner and was very disappointed. They were taking orders out in the order lane, I like to look at the board. I couldn't remember the name of the sandwich so I describe it to the girl, and told her just what I wanted on it. Went around, paid, got food and went home approximately 5 minutes away. Got food out of bag, sat down and, , no bacon on sandwich, seemed very small compared to what I normally get, fries tasted as if someone cooked plastic with it, and the 5 nuggets were nothing more than very small pieces, not a "nugget". AND to just top it off, ALL of it was COLD! This is the first time that everything I ordered was wrong, but I won't be going back for a while or I will sit there and check it all out. Not wasting $ or food any more.
