Chick-fil-A, Philadelphia PA

Can't nobody leave this place alone. I get alotta grub hub orders from here. I also Walking into a crowd when coming on every time.

I grew up working at Chick-Fil-A and was pretty disappointed with this Chick-Fil-A. Over the multiple times of me coming here they did not meet the high standard that the CFA corporation sets.

There is not a warm welcoming. Dinning room staff is not very present, most tables are dirty, chairs not pushed in, and the bathroom was not clean. I would also say in the 4-5 times I have been there I have never got an order in under 5 minutes, it’s usually about a 10 minute wait for food after ordering. Possibly they are understaffed in the kitchen.

Thankfully the food tastes great, that’s why I keep coming back.

The wait was long and to many workers talking and walking around with about 20 people waiting

The food is always awesome, the atmosphere is good but the servers suck, they have attitudes about everything. I thought it was there pleasure to service you.well not at City Ave in Philly.

My family & I love, love, love Chick-fil-A! Especially the store on City Avenue! To be honest, we almost always get the same thing every time, but that's just a testament to the quality of the food & the service at Chick-fil-A. Our order is always right, & our food is always piping hot. Regardless of how busy the restaurant is, the wait is never ridiculously long.

Glad they finally have mobile ordering up & running, but organization behind the counter can still use some work. The app had my order marked as “complete” for about 15 minutes before I actually received anything. Figured they would have gotten this all figured out after 6 months of operation.

New location with new employees and very busy all the time. So there is so growing pains. Some of the managers need to be retrained in the CFA way so they can pass it on to the others. This CFA is the go to because it's in the neighborhood

Somewhat crowded during lunch but the line moves quickly and you get your food fast. Parking is easy in the garage across a walking path.

I would give 0 points. I love Chick-fil-A but I HATE this store because of the service is significantly worse (with Discrimination to asian custmers) than any other chick-fil-A.
I frequently visit this store in the last 2 weeks around 5 times: they forget to give the gronola for the yogurt two times, forget to add lemon in the drink just within 1 minite after I told them.
The most ridigulous and unbareble thing: I'm the first in the line, and after I go to the front desk, one staff refused to order for me at the front desk saying that I can only order in the queue with their hand-hold ordering staff. I understand that this store has extremely unefficient way for ordering (even not supporting chick-fil-A app) so they send staffs to the queue. So I want to go back to the queue and order there, but that staff at the front desk asked me to go to the back of the long queue. I can do nothing and I left. I will never return to this store again. Becuase of their discrimination to Asian customers.

First time here and a sadly very chaotic and you can witness the drama of the front play out in front of you. Everyone stressed out and honestly I understand. Luckily the young lady Samiyah was a delight and took my order. Would love to come here since it's close to my home but I prefer the service at other locations.

I don’t understand why they don’t offer pick up option for DoorDash and Uber eats. They make you go in the store just to order it out. Also don’t like that they pick and chose when to have the people serving lines with the iPads for quicker accessibility. Black owned, I’m expecting better.

I am so happy there is a Chick Fil A near my hood, the employees are pleasant and my food came quickly. I would dine in here as well, and I saw they went above and beyond with the little things like hot sauce and kids activities

The food was good. The atmosphere was great. My server was on point because my order was confusing, but she got it right

So slow, And this one don't even have a drive through. The morning service just be dragging.
