Chick-fil-A, Whitehall PA

Couldnt give 5 stars because I ordered for curbside pick up.order was almost $50 bucks for my familys lunch. When she brought the food out I asked did they put BBQ sauce in there because the kids wont eat the food without the sauce, She assured me they did. Got all the way back home which is 20 min away to find out they did not put the BBQ sauce in there. Kids wasted most of the food because they didnt have the sauce. Money wasted. Thats the only bad thing I have to say.otherwise staff is always friendly.

I usually love chik-fil-a’s food and I haven’t been here in a few months but I went today and ordered chicken nuggets and fries and my boyfriend ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was ridiculously spicy for no reason. We always get that sandwich and it is never that spicy. The French fries and the chicken nuggets were very salty. I had to stop eating them. Idk if someone new is making the food but hold back on the salt. This is just disappointing. Sorry but If this is the new chick-fil-a, we want the old chick-fil-a back!

This location ALWAYS does something wrong. Last time, I had to call because it wasn’t until I got home that they didn’t complete my order. I left a voicemail and never got a call back or anything.

Great food and customer service. Staff was very nice and helpful. Staff was professional and courteous. Food was quick and tasty. Nice and clean inside the the establishment. Good quality chicken sandwiches.

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff are happy and friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. We had a few special requestsin our order and they were addressed without issue. The only challenging part of the experience at this particular location is the entry/exit. It is always packed (long lines can even tie up traffic on the main road) and there's no one outside to help orchestrate the flow of the cars. I've been to other locations that have added this feature to help with congestion.

Fresh food, pleasant staff! Always a pleasure to eat chick fil a.only bad thing is Long lines in drive thru but that means great food

The lines were long, but I didn’t mind in the end.the staff is always so overwhelming nice that I wish I could tip them.kudos on an excellent establishment and delicious chicken sandwiches.

It is what it is. Fries a little floppy, frosted lemonade on point.
I dig frosted lemonade, but I dig crispy fries more, and I've never had crispy fries here

I always come 2 to 3 times a week today one of my sandwiches was wrong I ask to be changed Julia I guess is a store manager was so rude got my sandwiche put in the garbage and was really rude to me first time I have a bad experience at this place

Great experience, we ate in and all the staff was really friendly and polite, food was definitely just prepared, came out hot and was fresh, restaurant was also very clean

They're really quick on getting your order usually around 2pm, I work at the mall and my lunch time is always around that time so it's good.

Chicken sandwich was really good, not as big as the picture though. Chicken nuggets, best we've had in forever. Fries good, but could have been warmer. A 4 but could easily have been 5.

Food is always fresh. There are a few times they over fry the Nuggets and they come out dark and hard, but for the most part great food

Get the classic chicken sandwich and the chicken noodle soup all the time, polite employees and quick at getting the food out

Awesome friendly staff. I go in about once a month and certain employees remember me. Every other employees still treat me like I'm a vip. Great customer service

The food is always really good here but the service struggles at times because of all the new employees they hire. That is understandable. There have been multiple occasions where they have forgotten items and we had to go back or we just bit through bullet. Recently was the worst occurrence. I forgot to add two cookies to my order. I attempted to do that at the window and I was told that they can not add any items to the order because it slows down the line. In the time that was explained to me, they could have added them to the order. For all the times I had to return for their mistakes, where I had to come back for missed dressing, fries, condiments, etc I decided I won’t return here again so I don’t slow their line down, since that seems to be their main objective at this location. For the price of their food, and for the amount of money our family spends there, I would expect much better customer appreciation.
