Chick-fil-A, Philadelphia PA

They never have the frosty machine on and they dump what seems like the entire thing if salt on the fries. I was better off just asking for salt packets because that’s all I could taste on the fries smh

Only time I went here I got like double what I ordered because they were closing. I did wait like 30 minutes for it though…

I ordered a medium fry and frosted lemonade and accidentally said diamond dollars and corrected myself with meal swipe; they had me pay diamond dollars which isn't the worst. But then they miss my frosted lemonade and I point it out and am given a normal lemonade. This place is almost always really busy as well, you are much better off going somewhere else.

Loved this express Chick-fil-A, very fast but very busy. Only 1-3 cashiers at a time.

Food is good. The line goes pretty fast considering how many people are there but remember that since it’s part of the dining hall of temple it won’t be open during their summer, winter and spring breaks which it’s a shame

I come somewhat regularly and there’s usually always a line especially between 12-2: 30 but the wait isn’t to bad though it goes pretty quickly. The food is always good, fresh and hot, the lemonade is great too. I’ve always had pleasant experiences the only time I’ve had an unpleasant experience was on Friday I ordered a deluxe sandwich meal and the bottom bun was hard as a brick.

COVID catastrophe too many people in here. Anything not on the campus menu must be bad for your health.

It’s kool, chicken is chicken. I mean how many more commercial joints can they have on a college campus. Wendy, five guys, chipotle, insomnia cookies. Long as my is hot.

This spot is worth giving a shot. They serve big portions for affordable prices. Consistently well kept and with great atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say the customer service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Rates are reasonable and they serve big portions.

Amazing staff who always correct your order if you let them know somethings wrong and they will usually give you a cookie as an apology for their mistakes

I was new to the franchise and very happy to have them in my community. My daughter introduced me to their deluxe chicken sandwich & their lemonade. She also told me to get their sauce, which is a lovely mix up of honey mustard, bbq & sweet & sour sauces. The line moved wonderfully fast & the staff seemed eager to be there. Next time, I will ask to have (popping Hot) fresh fries and I may even try a milkshake

Ordered some food from them on Saturday the cashier had an attitude then when I got my order it was wrong had to take it back and get them to redo it again. I have never had that problem at any other one & they be way more crowded then the Temple campus one be on the weekend.

Would rather turn guests away instead of selling them what they have left over pre made. Guess it looks better in the trash than a customers hands.
