Chick-fil-A, Wyncote PA

The outside employers who take orders can be trained better. The chubby guy was so unnecessarily sassy and too lazy to walk to the car he rushed our order and completely wrote the wrong things down. I rather order myself through the promoter.many CFA’s in the city seem to have this laziness issue with the outside staff

Staff was very friendly and was probably be best customer service experience I’ve had in the last couple years thanks to Stirling and the rest of the crew. Quick food, no issues, professional staff having seemingly friendly conversations while getting the job done. Good on ya!

Fast service and polite as all there locations I never expect anything less. Great job Chik Fil A wish other companies were run like yours.

Fast with delivery food always fresh. Never any problems Spicy chicken Deluxe Meal With Mac & Cheese is my go to!

It's inside shopping center, the atmosphere sucks! Everybody rushing, beeping horns while in line smh get a grip, or like I do.can't beat' em join' em.beep beep lol

Ordered a market salad and exchanged the grilled chicken with chicken nuggets. The nuggets tasted expired and dried out. It's basically a hit or miss with them.

Went in the morning and the drive thru was crowded so I went inside. That was the wrong decision because the drive thru moved quicker even with no one inside. I had some time to spare so I wasn’t really tripping off that, but the hard minis that they gave me were inedible. Oh, and no need to put in a complaint at this location. They’ll never respond to make it right.

There is minimal consistency at this location. My daughter became sick after eating from this location. There’s a 50/50 chance you’re good will be adequate.

Every time I eat here I get sick. At first I thought it was me which is why I went again but after the second and third time, I'm convinced it's them. It's not even just the cooked food, I've ordered a salad and got sick after eating that as well. I won't be going back.

This is a rip-off. This is the worst food service location for Chick-Fil-A. I ordered a large fry and this is what I get. What in the world is going on at this store.

Miss faith! And her staff are wonderful so friendly and genuinely seem to care about each other. I love the atmosphere. They need a tip jar!

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? This location has good customer service, as expected, but the drive thru line is almost always super long. Best bet is to use mobile ordering.

Not bad, they forgot my cookies so I had to go back (it was a pickup order and we never left the parking lot) but they didn't give my friend the correct dressing or any sauces she requested.

They need to stop playing woth this Chick Fila. It has 1 drive through service line that extends all the way out to the main access road of the mall. This line causes traffic jams ALLLLL DAAAAY. There has never been a time I've driven by when there was no extremely long line. This store needs to be remodeled to include additional sources to form drive through lines. Service and food is good once navigating through the chaos. I'm not including the another madness I experienced trying to leave after I received my order, but let's just say.double parked cars, driver in the oncoming traffic lane, tempers flaring wooooo saaaaaaah. Home sweet home!

The food is good. It's always good the only issue I have is that the drive thru line is crazy. Probably one of the worst lines there is no breaks must times is 30mins so be patient. Personally I try to catch them soon as they open less wait time lol. Besides that the customer service is on point. Better be (Imagine it bad) let's just say headache. But I prove and say try them out im sure you will enjoy it

40 minute wait in the drive thru. Please remove the barricades around the drive thru so people can leave if they want. Once you're in line there's no way out. Terrible setup. I couldn't even use the mobile app because it's not supported at this location.

The way the drive through is currently set up goes into the area of where cars drive in the parking lot and will DEFINITELY cause an accident eventually. You should NOT be able to take up the entire parking lot for the drive thru. Higher ups need to be called to come down and fix this ASAP.
