Chick-fil-A, Philadelphia PA

Probably the best run spot in PHL. I usually only eat here since they don't screw your order up like just about every other place in the airport.

Giving 3 stars because the staff was nice and friendly as always, and I have never had a bad experience at a chickfila before this. I ordered a 8 count meal, fries came burnt (blackened) and I only received 6 nuggets in my meal that should have been 8. I walked all the way from terminal E, and unfortunately didnt look at my food until I got back to the terminal.

Friendly staff and quick service even at the airport!

Tasia was the best and even followed my complicated order with the trademark "My Pleasure" and a smile!

Courteous and attentive staff like that are exact reason there was a line at Chick-fil-A while the Subway next door was completely empty.

It seemed like a rough afternoon. The line was long. I’m sure they are short staffed and not paid enough, so I get it. The two stars is for getting two out of the three items I ordered wrong. Not completely wrong, but pretty wrong. Medium fry instead of a large fry; spicy regular instead of a spicy deluxe. And I paid for all the fixings, so that was disappointing. Nevertheless, the taste was excellent as always.

I had a great experience at this chick fil a! The lines were long, but they moved people through fast and efficiently. The staff was super friendly as well!

Tyesha is the perfect example of a chick-fil-a employee. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. After the day I had at this airport it makes me happy to know that people like her still exist. Thank you Tyesha and excellent jobs to the cooks in the back for making the grilled cutlets even though it was so close to closing. Staff was perfect all around. Not sure who was handing out orders but she was excellent as well.

Great Chick Fil A. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Super impressed with the front of house staff. The food was really good and up to the standard. However, the line was incredibly long so a 15 minute wait was inconvenient for an airport. Then they only had medium cups and no refills. Great place, but needs a few adjustments.

FYI, no grilled nuggets.

I look to Chick-fil-A as a reliable source of gluten-free grilled chicken nuggets. This location does not have them. The fries are in a dedicated fryer, however. Which is nice.

Supposed to be opened at 6.2 people opening showed up late and didn’t open until 7: 30. Staff were slow and didn’t care.

Great service, a LOT of shortages making their menu quite limited. Out of several of their sauces, no sausage, soda machine flat (we went for breakfast)

Some of the workers here need to retrained in customer service skill, Waited in line about 10 minutes got to the Counter was told next Counter was taking cash, was left standing there while the person who was working the register continued doing what she doing, looking me in the face without anything nothing not even how can I help or anything. I how I'm just going stand here.just uncustomer service like. I walked away I'll keep my money.

Slowest chick fila I've ever been to. They got order wrong twice as well, person taking the order was clearly not paying attention. First they put it in for the wrong sandwich, then they added tomatoes to it when specifically asked for no tomatoes, and didn't include the sauce that's suppose to come with the club sandwich

One cashier with the longest line in the airport. They got my order wrong. Fries were cold & I found a hair on my chicken nugget.

Staff was really in high gear the night I was there on a layover long line but we had our food within 15 minutes of stepping foot into the line, food was hot and the fries were extra crispy, what more could you ask for on a layover?

It was card only clould pay cash. Also their was no pickles on my 3 sandwiches that I ordered. Also they didnt seem organized witch made things slower

As far as the airport goes this is probably one of the cheapest places you'll find. Closed on Sundays. Good food, and is busy most of the time, some days the line is out of the food court and down the hall.

Took almost a half an hour to get our food and we were able to order right when we got there. Plus they were out of things. They keep taking more orders when it’s gonna take these people at least 45 mins to get their food. Half of our order was cold BTW.
