Chick-fil-A, Washington PA

Staff was absolutely amazing. Food was so so. Everything came correctly as ordered. Chicken was only half way covered in breading and the fries weren't crispy at all. I used to love Chick-fil-A but lately just seems like they've gone down hill. I keep going back because it was always my favorite but.not the best of luck recently.

Never had a bad experience at any store. Mcd could learn from your drive thru excellence. Awesome job

Very consistent when it comes to visiting a Chick-fil-A location super fast service accurate very difficult for someone to say something bad about this company they are a model for other companies to follow.

Best "chickin samich" around, none better. Love their fries too. Funny how good things are when they come from God!

How do you not love a company that takes complete care of you while you're there? ! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire time.

Mixed up our whole order tonight I dont know if they had new people working or what but we were very disappointed.

Always met by pleasant cashiers. Even when orders do get issues (which is rare) they fix them quick without attitude.

Lines can be long, but employees are friendly and move people through quickly. Employees come to your car to get your order if lines are long. Food is good, lots of options. My only complaint is that it is pricey. $17 for two of us to eat.

Just visited for the first time and have so many positive things to say about the experience. Food was good, store was clean but best of all was the service. This location has such a charm in Mel. He was so kind and took wonderful care of the store and it’s customers. Thank you for making our visit so wonderful Mel!

I love it no matter the views of the founder. Why let someone's personal beliefs get in the way of a great chicken sandwich and great service? That doesn't mean you support his beliefs. Sheesh. I took my dad for the first time and he really liked it. He wants to go back. Friendly workers and quick, quality food.

Great spicy chicken. Sandwich and awesome service. Was asked 3 times if I needed a refill or condiments. Very clean place. I noticed employees wiping down table and chairs with disinfecting wipes. Single use, no cross contamination of chair and table! Great job!
It was 5 and extremely busy but nobody seemed to be rushed and handled everything with care. My order was given to me correctly.

A very nice chick fila found in Pennsylvania. We ate the whole time and I will make sure to get the kids to the playground. They serve chicken and sandwiches and fries and wraps and have very delicious milkshakes. My favorite milkshake is the chocolate one.

Even with their drive thru speakers down today, they still provided AMAZING service! Their employees stood outside and went car to car with a small menu and a tablet taking orders. Never have had a bad experience with them and it's always a treat to go!

Super fast and very attentive. If you trade in your toy for ice cream tbey let the kids go back and make their own. My kids love it!

Moving into a Chick Fil A void in the near future. This makes me sad because I love their chicken and milkshakes.

The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. However, it was probably the worst food I've had in awhile. The chicken nuggets were super greasy and full of fat, and the fries were bland. Never again.

This place is not that great anymore. The black chick that was a manager knew what customer service was and she was always really nice and friendly. I'm usually there a few times a week so she made me feel very welcomed, remembered my name and had excellent customer service. Today if I go up there and see the same people, they act like I'm a stranger as if they have never seen me before. Now I just feel like a number

When it comes to Chick-fil-A this one is as nice as the rest. Fairly clean and polite staff. Wish it was cheaper.

Never a bad moment in chick fil A wonderful service, outstanding food, hand breaded chicken and the chicken is shipped frozen to chick fil A so it's not pre cooked!

Chick-fil-A is Always amazing! I always get chicken tenders because they are cooked to juicy perfection!
