Chick-fil-A at Northeast Tower Center, Philadelphia PA

Food was delicious. Service was fast. Employees were polite and friendly. The only bad part was that my cousin slid on the slippery floor. The employee, a young man, who saw him fall told us that someone had spilled oil on the floor earlier. They were mopping to get it up.
My cousin was embarrassed. I was just surprised that no one other than this young man spoke to us. He apparently was a new employee because they were telling him how to do things. I feel as though a manager or cashier should have come over and checked on him

Food cold. Nasty and rude employees! I ordered 6 nuggets, but instead they gave me 2 tenders. I told an employees she had an attitude because her co-workers messed up my order! My spicy chicken sandwich was cold and I told the manager, but he insisted that it was fresh even though the cheese wasn’t melted! Never returning back to this location.

Been coming here for almost 6 years and never encountered this ghetto environment in my life. This staff needs to go completely messed up my order and had an attitude about not doing their job right. Honestly making chic fil a look really bad right now.

This is one of those places that's like a dream, you don't want wake up from. THE FOOD IS GREAT, THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, THE PEOPLE ARE PLEASANT, GENUINELY NICE. We drove up, and the line was around the building, we were still out in 15mins tops. It's so easy to go to this place 3 or4 times a day. Did I mention the food was excellent? Well it's more than excellent.

My favorite place for delicious cheap food. Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. It has a great feel to it. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

Always Delicious, and no -matter what Chic-fil-A it always a long line, but it more quickly. I tried the breakfast grilled chicken and egg white. Thanks, for having me. To God Be The Glory. Keep up the good work. Amen!

Chick fil A is the best fast food selection in the fast food chain market. Exceptional customer service. Keep it up.

Everything was good, but I asked for 2 orders of grilled nuggets. One 8 piece and one 12 piece and the 8 piece was fried.

Chick filet serves good food. However the drive through line is crazy slow and backed up. They have two lanes. Once your in their drive through you can't get out of it.

The workers are awesome the food amazing but the customer service is out of this world highly recommended by Me

Cashier had excellent Customer Service. The employee who gave me my food did not have any Customer Service. Fries were burned.

Awesome service. Working for doordash, this is the first Chick-fil-A that has a dedicated register off to the side just for dashers.

Best waffle fries. Love the chicken sandwich as well. Busy place but you food is served to you very quickly.

Worth driving a few miles to get your cravings fixed.

Who gave Chick Fil-A a one star rating? I love Chick Fil-A. Much better than any of the other fast food chain restaurants out there. What I like about this particular location is that it has two drive thrus which merge into one once you drive on after ordering your food. The car lines at Chck Fil-A are always long which is a testament to how delicious they’re food and hospitality is.

Love Chick-Fil-A. It gets you away from the burger joints littering the world. And gets you a fresh chicken sandwich, nuggets or meal with my favorite, WAFFLE FRIES! Food is always good and a welcome change. A pickle does compliment the chicken sandwich. Ohh and don't forget their variety of dipping sauces. Finger licking good!

Awesome proceed fast food. Healthy options available like salads, fruit and yogurt. Fast paced and well cooked chicken. Grilled chicken recommended. White Peach lemonade recommend (large size is smaller than large regular lemonade)

I love Chick-fil-A, and loved it for years! Happy that this restaurant is in Philly, and close to home! Food is delicious and service is excellent (as usual), but the decor is stunning! The seating and tables are beautiful and comfy; there's also a play area for the kids. Can't stop in for a bite? There's also a drive thru, but be warned! It gets busy morning to night! But it's worth the trip!

Love the food and service. I just dont like when its too crowed you wont be able to enjoy your food.
