Chilangos Authentic Mexican Restaurante, Lititz PA

The Mexican food in this restaurant is very delicious and authentic, and the service is great. The workers are very courteous.

Love Chillangos! Any time the employees are happy and excited enough to be singing in the kitchen while they work, you know you're in a great place that treats people well and cares for their customers and work. My food and service have always been fantastic!

Fantastic all the way around. They were busy but attentive to customers. Our food and drinks came out quickly and it was all delicious. Best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a long time.

Love the food, hate trying to get it. We do takeout but they tell you 30 minutes and it’s ALWAYS closer to an hour and a half. If you’re patient, I highly suggest the food

The food was exceptionally good and authentic. Tamales and tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. Flavors were fabulous.

Chilangos catered my wedding and they went above and beyond to make everything happen and deliver great service, despite there being a problem with the venue not having water. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments from so many guests! I would recommend them to anyone. They are trust worthy and professional.

This was my first time eating here and it was delicious. The chips and salsa were amazing. I had a Cesar salad which is new on their menu and it was great. There was a generous helping of chicken and I think having shredded lettuce actually helped the dish to feel more filling. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

This place is okay but I don't like how the waitress choose when to smile and be courteous and friendly to me. Only after being flirtatiously disrespectful so I took it upon myself when ordering my food to speak Spanish because I am a full-fledged Latina myself, how embarrassing! And now I'm eating a meal hoping that no one did anything to my food because you're embarrassed that I know what you said about my family and fiance. Fyi Food wasn't so flavorful as I expected n no not a hater. I'm for it being a authentic Mexican restaurant, and I also believe you shouldn't have sour cream you should have crema! Sour cream is American and this is supposed to be a Mexican spot call me a jerk but I expect full authenticity buttttt that's jus me. Guess those there know no better. So pa la próxima vez espero que la mujeres que trabajan ahí tienes respeto para los maridos de uno y su familia, Y punto! Was very underwhelmed with the food. We ordered it on grub hub so I'm not judging it by how well it travelled. It just didn't seem to have much flavor outside of the cilantro (which was overpowering)

Excellent, delicious Mexican food. Lovely service and atmosphere again! Wish I lived closer.

METAL FOUND IN FOOD:

My wife and i had gone to Chilangos many times for takeout over the past year. We have enjoyed their food, but tonight was drastically different. We called for takeout and they said it would take about 20-25 minutes. 25 minutes later i am at the restaurant waiting and i wait an additional 10 minutes for our food. When i got home, i was cutting into my enchiladas when i found a piece of METAL on one of them. It appears to look like a piece of a grill brush. I am disappointed in Chilangos for the lack of quality assurance before sending their food out. Definitely will not be going back any time soon

Expectations were exceeded! I wasn’t expecting too much, but Chilangos hit the spot! All servers and staff were friendly and accommodating, the menu was simple but had plenty of options, and prices weren’t too bad. The enchiladas were tasty- and service was speedy too!

The food wasn’t bad, but it was far from what I’m used to when I get authentic mexican.

Also, it seems like when you place an order to go, they give you way less food. I ordered the fajitas and the amount of rice and beans that came with it was almost laughable (if I wasn’t so mad that I pid $20 for it.) They also don’t give any sides like lettuce or tomatoes.

I never leave reviews but after my experience with that to then calling about my concerns and it being met with no cares from the front desk…I had to submit this.

The food is excellent! The service is great, and all the staff seems really kind, definitely coming back more often. Had the quesadilla this time and is big enough to get you full. Also, I would recommend having the orchata as a drink or the licuados as a drink. There's also a kids menu. They have very good choices for people that doesn't like spicy food too.
