Children's Dental Health of Trexlertown

Communication between all staff members with each other, over the phone and customer service when arriving to this specific location was terrible! I had to call my insurance myself to get information I had already confirmed over the phone with a representative, and had already personally handed it to them in person.

I really appreciate it just because there have an interpreter for deaf parent to communicate with dental nurse and doctor. I will keep to take my kids to here.

My girls love this dentist. They feel comfortable and happy every-time they go. They make the kids feel like little adults without giving them the scary dentist experience.

We love this dentist office, my son leaves feeling content and motivated to improve his dental care, every time.

The best dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. I will never bring my child anywhere else. Louanne went above and beyond to make my child’s first dental experience enjoyable. The entire place had such immaculate vibes. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. The doctor was the same way! Very gentle and inviting. I highly recommend this place. It’s very kid friendly. They even have little toys they give them at the end. So amazing…. I had a 9: 30 appointment and I swear just being around such wonderful workers, especially Louanne, made my entire day beautiful. I never write reviews unless they are well deserved. Thank you guys! CNnot wait to come back in 6 months. Xyla wont stop. Brushing her teeth and carrying her little goodie bag around with her…. And that’s because of you guys.

They always treat my daughter well and make her feel comfortable. She's never scared to go to the dentist. I just scheduled my toddler for a check up but they are two months out for first time appointments

Wonderful experience! If I had a hygienist and dentist experience like we did today, as a kid, I would love going to the dentist!

If I could give no stars I would… my daughter went back for her appointment like normal got x-rays and her teeth cleaned then waited in the room for over an hour for a nurse to come in and say the dr won’t see her because of a medical condition she has that’s being treated. The nurse was very rude and unprofessional. If it was an issue we should have been turned away from the start not when most of the work was done.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful for our first visit! They handled my sons first dentist visit so well and made him feel so comfortable and happy! He enjoyed it!

My kids and I absolutely love this dentist! Compared to the other dentists in the valley that we have tried, this one definitely comes out on top! They are really great with both of my kids, and they always see them in a timely manner.

This was our first visit and my son has special needs and sometimes gets nervous. Everyone who works there was very very kind that he wasn't even nervous. Everyone we encountered was great. Our hygienist I wish I knew her name she was AMAZING and Dr. Michael as well was amazing and even told my son they will be best friends. I highly recommend this office

Assistant had no patients with child didn’t want my child to make noise and canceled procedure didn’t even try to calm her down never had issues with cleanings

The billing department and scheduling department wants to lie and say that they except Medicaid keystone first that is a lie.if you have that insurance do not go to them

Staff and dentists were super super friendly. Dental office was clean and kid friendly. Great service! First time at this place and My son loved it.

As usual fast and easy love the attention they give to my son, waiting time is perfect I can't complain at all.
