Children's Dental Health of Wyomissing

It takes forever to get an appointment and if your child needs a filling you woll wait another 3 months for that as well.

Appointments were right on time the Dentist was fast and efficient. Good advice for healthier teeth and gums. Overall a great experience.

My daughter always hated getting in the chair she 6 years old and today the lady who brushed her teeth did phenomenal, she talked to her the whole time, they laughed, she just made her feel comfortable and I'm greatful for that

This place is absolutely horrible from the front office staff to the providers…… absolutely no idea how to be a children’s dental office. If I could rate negative stars I would with the experiences I have had with this place. Currently switching to another provider because I am done with this place.

I loved all of the staff the dr was great the checkout staff was fantastic all around great experience! Thank you all for your great service.

I have visited like 3-4 times and always get the same great service from all of them. From the nice ladies at the front to the Dr's and the rest of the staff. Always with a smile, answering all my concerns, explaining every single steps.clear and nicely to my son. Hope we get the same outstanding service in the near future, at the other location we'll be visiting soon. Thank you!

Dr has an attitude.
Said i didnt want treatment for my son because i cant take him for ORAL SURGERY due to her saying itll be a 6 hour ordeal and i have different school schedules with my other children as well as transportation, as surgery is not offered in this location, yet i TOOK MY SON THERE FOR THE TREATMENT HE NEEDS. Mad because prior time my son cried and screamed. Yet YOU CHOSE to be a PEDIATRIC dentist. Youre suppose to specialize in how to react in those situations not be mad at a kid for being scared or because something HURT them. She seemed very impatient and disgusted with a child not just being happy to have needles in their mouth and their mouth kept uncomfortably open. Maybe a better tactic. A different dentist. Perhaps better oral anesthesia.

Received a referral to come here, but I later discovered the referral came from the husband of the DMD at this location. Must be nice to refer patients back and forth based on relationships rather than quality of care. Seems like the medical equivalent of insider trading to me.

The first time we took our child here was during the pandemic. We waited over an hour to be seen, but I dismissed it at the time. So many things were inconvenient then. During our second visit, long after restrictions ended, we waited an hour and a half. How can you confine a toddler to a small room for that long?

I’m giving two stars instead of one because, when you’re finally seen, the staff is friendly and efficient.

I was there for about 2 and a half hrs. One of the dentist was a little ugh but other then that they was good.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Taken on time. Hygienist communicated clearly to me. Easy to make next appointment.

We very much enjoyed our experience at the Wyomissing office. There was quite a bit of a wait once we were in our room but other than that it was very quick and easy. The staff and dentist were all very polite, friendly & informative. Would recommend.

Knowledgeable & patient w my son as he has major anxiety esp with the dental X-rays. I was also 12 min late to my appointment & they still took him, so I got lucky. I highly recommend.

The doctor was rude and rushed us. When trying to comfort my child she told me to be quite. Actually transferring else where. No consideration in what my child was going through and didn't listen to any questions I had.

Staff was nice and afformative about my children's dental issues. However my daughter was complaining about the dentist.she was rude and judgemental and wasn't telling my daughter what she was going to do. Kids like to be told what will happen.

The visit was very long for what was only done. Was about an hour before the dentist came in. Was a bit disappointed this visit.

I have been satisfied with this dental office, but now they are scheduling needed services, like cavity repair too far out-4 months is too long.
