Chili's Grill & Bar, Carlisle PA

The waitress was really nice. She did perfect with my steak. Even tho if it was bad I wouldn't have said a word. I've worked in restaurants I know how it goes. Anywhys it was a great lunch mostly bc it was with my favorite uncle. Uncle pickle!

I love going to Chili's and snacking on the chips and salsa as soon as I sit down. I munch away while deciding on my entree. Just like other restaurants, they are having staffing problems. We had some issues with receiving our food late and it being cold. They promptly reheated it for us. Everything is delicious here. Patience is a virtue.

Rae our waitress was a blessing to have, extremely nice, very friendly. The food came out quick and fast, definitely would go back here just to see Rae again.

Food and service was good. Only recommendation is that they should enact a policy about fingernail length. Our server had incredibly long artificial nails and when she served our food, her nails went into our food.

Absolutely excellent experience! Amanda was great and took care of our every need and whim, and the manager, Cayman, was on top on everything to make sure we left completely satisfied!

There were only 4 other tables with customers there it took 15 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order so at this time we were ready to order.the chicken bacon ranch Quesadillas were great.the Cajun pasta was sad, pasta not cooked chicken was dry BUT shrimp was good.mushroom Swiss burger was to be medium and was cooked well, the tomato on it was not ripe, and our waitress laughed and said their cooks don't know how to cook at all.she was to busy sitting at the bar talking with a young couple, but was polite when talking to us to get our drink refill.floor had dried up shredded cheese on it.to bad Gorden Ramsey was not there.spent $70 and for $15 more could have went next door where we go for stake dinners and had a GREAT meal.

My wife and I have been fans of this particular Chili's shop for a long time. We were disappointed when they did away with the very popular shiner bock rib sauce cut it's still a great place to eat.

First time at this location! I was having a good time there! Omg ray is awesome she's so sweet and kind and hard working! She is definitely the best there! I ordered ribs corn and frys they were good! I enjoyed my lava cake def made with kindness! I will definitely be back if I'm in this spot of PA keep in mind they changed there menu recently I was aware of sad there was no kids mac and cheese but no biggie! It's okay! They are short staffed recently I heard and they are trying there best so bare with them! They have a hard working staff!

The most disgusting place ever! Food was terrible messed up my order twice just ridiculous

Never had an experience like this. Got seated, waitress took drinks, one cocktail and two waters and our ordera. Then we set. FOR LIKE 25 minutes! No appetizers. Nothing. The manager was walking table to table. Nothing said. Waitress came over and asked how we were doing, I told them we were hungry.
Another waitress told us we were still in the que. Finally I got up and told them this was odd to be this far behind. The manager charged us for the sangria summer drink that was bitter and my friend didn't like and I couldn't drink. Would not at all recommend. The dining room was not even half full and staff was standing around talking! The they had the gall to tell me we were only waiting 20 minutes. For appetizers. That still weren't done. Go elsewhere.

Been a long time since I have been to chili's and the food is pretty much the same. Had a margarita but it was called something weird. It was a slushie consistency and was refreshing, cold and strong. The southwestern egg rolls are always a favorite, I just wish the order has more. I had a chili's philly which is basically the fajita mixture on a roll but it was delicious.
The service was lacking. The restaurant was no where near full but it took 3 times of reminding 2 different waiteresses/hostesses that we still did not receive our 2 glasses of water. It did look like our waitress was not only tending to a minimum of 5 tables plus our table but also tending the bar? Chili's; don't burn out your employees. Tried of businesses having the same MO. I understand it is difficult to find staff but don't overwork your good employees.

The food has been horrible recently. I've been getting sick after eating here. We usually have to wait a while for the food. Overall, it's not a great restaurant.

The service was slow. Had to go to bar to get waitresses attention each time we needed something.

Open til 11 pm but kitchen was closed at 10: 10? Wth! Kind of part of the atmosphere at Chili's to have food right? Why would kitchen close hour before. We went down the street to the Applebee's and kitchen was still open.

Renae was our waitress, she was fantastic. Super quick service and very friendly. Chocolate molten lava cake was delicious.

Dinner tonight was ok but our server sam was fantastic! Sam was very attentive, friendly and overall one of the best servers I've had. Will come back and ask for sam to to be our server.

We ordered the nachos and steak and shrimp fajitas. The rice that came with the nachos was black and hard. We asked for more, which was given to us. After that, it seemed our waitress forgot about us. We were not asked if we wanted refills, and we had to go ask for our bill.
