Chili's Grill & Bar, York PA

I’m going to start by saying I understand this is chilis and not a 5start restaurant. But either way the visit we had was the worst we have ever had.

We had dinner here tonight and I can say it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. As soon as we walk in the host asks how many. We said 2. She grabbed the menus, still standing at the host stand asks us if we want to donate a dollar to some organization… so weird and uncomfortable. Like can we sit down first before you start asking us for money? Then our server comes over takes our drink order. We got a water and a iced tea, nothing from the bar. Not even 2 minutes later she comes back, no drinks yet, and asks us if we’re ready to order…. Super weird interaction already. We then waited another 5-10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Which our server didn’t even bring out, it was a food runner. Mind you, it was not busy. She instead was walking around move stuff on her empty tables and sweeping. I got the triple dipper appetizer as my meal. When my came out, brought out by the same food runner who brought our drinks. She said “one of the ranch’s spilled, just let me know if you need more. ” All of my food was now sitting in a pile of ranch. The plastic cup was completely empty. I have worked in the servers industry, bartending and serving for 10 years. I can’t fathom taking a plate of food to a table that was sitting in a pile of ranch and expecting them to eat it. Presentation alone is a big part of dining and that’s just ridiculous. I of course did not say anything and ate my food. My boyfriends burger was also like a hockey puck and so greasy, he barely ate half. Not once did I see a manager on the floor, let alone do a single table touch. I can say we will not be returning to this Chili's after tonight.

Kyrie is a great bartender.lm new to pa, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable.def should stop in to see him!

Good food as usual. Service was good. One thing to know, you must be a regular with the rewards to get the free chips and salsa.

The food and service has definitely gone down hill over the years. This used to be one of my favorite places to go but the quality is no where near as good as it was before. The baked potato soup is runny, the Arnold Palmers taste watered down, and the overall taste isn't has flavorful, but they keep increasing their prices for mediocre food.

First they brought out wrong ice tea then they brought our food out to the wrong table and picked it up and brought it to us after they touched the plates etc.they let my chips and salsa at other table and never brought extra sauces that were on the bill. Hardly anyone there and they still managed to butcher pretty much everything up. The waitress was very polite

I did an Uber order. My chicken wings were under cook. How did you not cook your chicken done. This is the second time

The service was great, our waitress was attentive and pleasant. The food quality was pretty poor. Items were definitely kept under heat lamps for an extended period of time. I had chicken tenders that were over cooked, Mac n cheese that was dry, the location was clean and not busy.

Chili’s food was great! I got chicken crispers which came with Mac and cheese and French fries. All of it was amazing I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

The six ounce steak was disappointing. It was cooked too long and was the texture of she leather. Other than that the loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus were really good.

Our server, Henry, was fantastic. He handled the bunch of middle-aged men with ease. Very solid. Will def return after another round of golf.

Food not what it looks like on the menu. Only 4 tables had guests at 1130 when we arrived today and they sat us at a filthy table we had to clean ourselves.
Do better! This place use to be so nice and it’s defiantly gone down hill!
Get off your cell phones and have the employees clean. Geeez

Ordered just a bacon burger, and it arrived completely burnt. Every bite was like eating a stale chip. Everything else was awesome, though.

Chili’s is a nice place to meet for a first date or to take the family out to grab a quick bite to eat. The food is good the service is good very friendly and very economical considering the price of eating out these days! I will definitely go back again in the near future! With or without my date lol!
