Always awesome service! Drinks and appetizers in HH menu were more than affordable and as always delicious

My wife and I I had great time spending our 20th Year Anniversary at Chima. Great food and great service

Been coming here with family since I was a kid. I love to see how everything has updated over the years. Regarding the food, the filet mignon and garlic steak were the best meats. The other steaks weren’t as tender and the ribs were covered in oil. Salmon and chicken weren’t flavorful. As always, I loved the pao de quiejo and polenta fries. The host staff were personable, gauchos were attentive but our waitress (Samantha) gave me the wrong wine, and instead of offering it to my friend (who was dining with me) said she would charge us for it or take it off but seemed to have an attitude about taking it off the bill when I never ordered it in the first place. Then, she forgot to order my dessert which I had asked for BEFORE we got any meats or appetizers. It was closing time so I left without getting to try the Apple dessert.

Surprisingly, their dress code has become more lenient in recent years, and to my surprise there were several customers in jeans and sneakers…definitely bringing down the atmosphere of such a beautiful space and such wonderful Brazilian cuisine. I would come back for the food and the ambiance but I would hope to have better service next time.

Dinner was amazing the service was impressive we were always asked if there was anything else we would like to try again the food was Fantastic!

If you love great service, a nice atmosphere and an array of delicious options, then you have to make your way to Chima.

There is plenty to choose from even if you're not a big meat eater. I love the salmon, shrimp, grilled pineapple and more.and the best part is the salad bar which is so much more than lettuce.
And not to mention the yummy appetizers that are brought out even before your main food.
Everything is delicious.

Make sure to ask for the best server there, Jonas! He is very attentive with a great personality.

There is so much to try and I can't wait to go back so I can taste the other side!

We also did valet parking which is $16.

The service from Fred was excellent! The food was good with the exception of having mint flavoring on all the lamb chops. If people want mint on their lamb they can put the mint jelly from the bar on it. The atmosphere was really nice however it was really really cold air conditioning was on super high.

I called ahead, was told they stop seating at 8: 45pm. I show up at 8: 05pm and I’m told they are not seating any more people for the night because of “maintenance” even though there’s plenty of people seated and eating and being served, and plenty of available tables. Do you just want to mistreat your potential customers? Or what? !

Gabrielle (server) and Dan (gaúchos) thank you so much for being so attentive and pleasant. Great place for date nights or group dinner. Great happy hour as well.

Sides are cold, including the broccoli and asparagus.
Service is ok. Waiters are nice.
Shrimp could be bigger.
Cinnamon pineapples and the fresh salad are tasty.

Let me explain something. If you are the host. Or manager. Or whatever you are that day, and decide to stand at the host counter and look absolutely miserable, don’t.
It’s funny because actually the review before mine actually outed her name. I wasn’t even going to. But since Rebecca is the topic of conversation let’s continue.
Me and my girlfriend out for an amazing evening, so excited to try THE FAMOUS CHIMA! Just to walk in and get whispered and looked up and downed. You made my date feel so uncomfortable in her evening dress. It wasn’t revealing. It wasn’t dramatic. It was a simple black dress that we made sure to pin up so it would not drag on the floor so no one would trip. But instead of just getting through the interaction without the dirty look, you thought it was ok to do it anyways.
So when we get there, we let you know we are here for a reservation you tell us to go wait in the waiting area and you would call us for our table. No problem; normal stuff. It’s when Rebecca whispered to the manager, in a blue suit tonight, and referred to us with her eyes that I than had a problem. For the rest of the night Rebecca decided to go around to all the other tables and ask how everyone was but continued to skip over mine. No one would come up to our table besides my waitress, WHO KILLED IT TONIGHT AND IS TOO GOOD FOR CHIMA BECAUSE SHE BUSTED HER BUTT TO MAKE ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND FEEL COMFORTABLE AGAIN. SO SHOUTOUT TO CHRISTINE, you killed it girl. But I even stressed to my waitress how upset I was. And still no one even came up to ask if the food was ok management wise.
But anyways than we get to the end of our night. Where the blue suit manager than decided he would continue to watch us until we left. Never once came up to me. Never once asked us if I was ok, because I’m pretty certain my face told I was not ok. But no. Decided to stare me and my girlfriend down until the valet brought my car.

I will absolutely never tell anyone of my family. Or my friends to go to CHIMA. If they think that was ok. It wasn’t.

Valet was amazing. And my waitress Christine was amazing.

Very nice place for date night. The shrimp and the pineapple was so was so good and so juicy. I love all of the fixings you can get at the salad bar to elevate the steak, shrimp, lamb or chicken.

I’m not sure what exactly was wrong with the manager Rebecca, or the host I believe they are friends or even family members but today was the worst experience I have ever had. I made reservation for my wife an 2 kids the host seemed annoyed when we walked up to her to provide our name, she then walked us over to a table with an attitude this table was the first table in the restaurant right by the steps. I asked if we can be seated somewhere else as I have two kids an we don’t like to be in the open. The manager with an attitude said no this is all she has an the other tables are reserved. She didn’t move our table gave the same size table inside to a party of 2 when I showed up first an asked to be moved to that table. She then proceeded to walk around to her staff whispering & looking at our table. I will never go back there, if that’s the type of manager who is in charge of the location she clearly doesn’t care about the business or the people.

I had a really great evening at this restaurant. The service and atmosphere was great. The unlimited options of meat was so filling and tasty. The only thing I didn’t care for to much was the salad bar: (It was nice just not to my cup of tea:/ However, it was definitely an experience and I would go again:)

The food was actually good but I would never come back and this is why like said before from many people they overly priced for no reason I got charged almost $800 for food my party didn’t even agree to eating I wasn’t properly taught about the menu the waitress didn’t tell us that it was $70 per person when you look at the website it said two different prices $64 for all rodizo meats plus salad bar then $47 for one particular meat plus salad I wasn’t told about anything I saw on y’all website and I got kicked out in the rain on my birthday because i refused at first to pay $800 for food I never ate also I never got a happy birthday celebration they was singing to everyone besides me

Manager: Please send someone to visit the bathroom more often, filling up the hand towels is important, but so does wiping off the “traces”.
The Flan (dessert) was stale, either its not home-made.
Other than that its excellent and we will definitely be back.
