Chipotle Mexican Grill, Reading PA

This chipotle did a great job in catering for our mini wedding reception during the covid times. We really appreciated their services!

My neighbor found a bag of food that had been ordered at her door, but she did not order it. The bag sat on the sidewalk for hours before I threw it out because it is over 90 degrees outside today. No address on the slip, only a name which I did not recognize as any of my neighbors. I can't believe that Chipotle would have their delivery person just leave an order outside a door on a extremely hot day. Apparently they must have had a wrong address, but instead of taking it back to the restaurant, they just left it. I don't think I will be ordering or eating at this restaurant.

They forget at least one thing on every online order. Usually the most important part, like salad dressing for a salad, guac, or x2 protein. Still get charged tho

Tried to put a phone order and the rude person that answered the phone said why couldn't you order thru the app. Why in the hell would you answer the phone and talk to customers like that. Very unprofessional unskilled labor.

Normally when I order chipotle I receive everything on my list I asked for. Recently I order 2 burrito bowls, chips and queso and 2 drinks. When I picked up my online order and brought it home to eat. I was sadly disappointed by chipotle! First they forgot my to give me chips and queso. Second when I got home to eat there were ingredients missing from my order. I was very disappointed with the quality. I'm an optimistic person, so hopefully in the future the service and quality will be better. I know you can do better chipotle! Get it together!

Don’t order delivery if you want to get everything you ordered/payed for. I ordered delivery from while at work. They didn’t give us two orders of chips and queso, we called and they said we’d have to drive to them to get it, even though they forgot it, wouldn’t give us a refund for food we payed for and didn’t receive. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Everytime I eat here I get sick. There have even been a few times where the food here led to me having stool which contained blood. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone any longer, even if you have a strong stomach.

I’ve ordered in the store as well as online and I’ve also appreciate the quality and efficiency of the service. Though, during rush hour, the lobby area is often not clean and missing napkins/ utensils.

Nice place to eat. Always fresh. Sometimes the line is quite long, but worth the wait. Service is friendly.

I’ve been going here for years lately noticed their food has become worse and worse. Their customer service is terrible I ordered online and waited 40 minutes for them to complete my order even after telling them twice. Other chipotles I’ve been too are much better this one is terrible.

Great food and great value for money. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Despite long lines they get through orders quickly but without doing a “rush job”. Definitely recommended.

Was here recently to find Store is overwhelmed and unable to keep up with demand. Very Long lines and was served way past my online order time.

There is no reason that if a restaurant has ingredients on the menu and are supposed to be included in your entrées that the store is well stocked.this store did not have guacamole or lettuce and this is not the first, second or third time that this has happened to us at this location. The service was also very slow and the employees not paying attention to what they were doing

Have been getting food from there for years and it was always good but today my soft shells were doughy and my daughter's hard shells had to much lettuce. Very disappointed!

Love the food- dislike when the counter employees have show no motivation to get people through quickly. Some "get it" others don't.

If you want to feel sick or actually get sick eat here. Garbage, go elsewhere for quality Mexican food.

The food is good, but, its seems to be really messy the times I've been there. Tables and floor always have crumbs on them.

Prep area was gross and not cleaned properly, they used very dirty water to clean and food contamination occurred. The eating area was a mess with scraps of food left underneath the table and the food was not made well.

Went a few days ago, Rapper’s Delight was the only song that played the entire time I was there. Fantastic experience.

Can I just said I am addicted to Chipotle? This is my regular chipotle location. Foods is consistently good and I never have any complain about customer service
