Please look at this disgusting pickup order I just unearthed. Litterally no cheese, a single pepper, and a spot of lettuce with a glob of guacamole, bagged was in rough condition when I picked it off the shelf and it went straight to the house no shaking or anything and this is what I opened up. Not acceptable from a chipotle. I’m reaching out to corporate. If they want to do this remote ordering thing I get it but if this is the result then they need to fix the level of apathy with workers making said orders as I won’t be back. There are better quick tex mex places in philly then this place.
This honestly was the most disappointing experience regarding to food service. My boyfriend and I were told rudely to put our masks on. We cooperated and visually saw him talking negatively about us to the lady next to him. We weren’t even served yet and we already got such a bad experience. My boyfriend was polite through it all, the same man asks what salsa he wanted and continued to tell him to put his mask on even though he did already, he just didn’t have it fully on. The man puts a tiny piece of salsa, and runs away from the service line and throws a fit, right in front of everyone. Then the lady who this man was talking to earlier also rudely said to put his mask on. This was mistreatment, no one should experience this harassment from any place. The food wasn’t even good, we didn’t get the amount we wanted. The man has blue eyes and blonde hair. Good to know that I will never be eating here again. I can’t believe customer service has gone so down hill. There was no right to be treated this way. Even told the manager and she refused to refund. If I could rate this place less than a one I absolutely would.
Had a chipotle for the first time and absolutely loved it!
But there’s always a line tho, so you have to be prepared for waiting

Should have read the reviews on this place.the order i got after ordering online was.bad.looked like someone had just thrown together whatever they had in their hands at the time (I got a bowl) note to management, you guys have a problem with the quality of your employees and the work they put out.how many times does it take before you make changes,
Very highly disappointed! Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. Waited over an hour an a half to receive a bowl full of chicken, corn and I guess queso? Looked like someone threw up in a bowl. No rice, no beans, no veggies, no cheese, no salsa. Was disgusting. Highly disappointed! Even added and charged me for a sparkling water I didn't order. Clearly says on my receipt rice, beans etc. Won't waste my time or money here again.
Should have read what everyone else talked about. This is Not chipotle standards. It looks like the location is new.employees are apathetic and the quality of the food shows because of it = (
Ordered online twice from this location, Both times received the wrong order. Not to mention the food was super cold and the rice in the burrito bowl was hard when I’d receive it 15min later. Call the restaurant and either they don’t answer their phone, Or they answer and put the phone to the side because I hear everyone talking to each other. Do not order from here, unless you want to waste your money and your time.
I don't know what yall be freaking doing there, but every time I get a delivery from yall my BURRITTO BE BANGING! THE BANG ANG! Everytime yall! The consistency at this chiptole is amazing. Everyone deserves a raise. Thanks for making my day every time I order.
I called at 3: 21 today because they gave the wrong person my grubhub order! The manager lady refused to remake my food and said if I wanted it I had to reorder and repay! Worst restaurant to spend your money at! I’m highly disappointed because I like chipotle jus hate the one on 1100 Montgomery! ’
I’ve just never had a good experience food wise and I’ve tried different locations and different menus items. But I guess no one can mess up chips & dip.
I ordered a burrito and guacamole and chips what I got was a small burrito and guacamole and no chips no cheese Sauce or beans It arrived in a timely manner but it wasn't what I wanted $27
I wish I could select not to use this location for my orders when using the Chipotle app because there is always an issue with my order from this location. It’s comical that any time you order chips you don’t get them. Also, steak and Barbacoa are two different options. The order slip is accurate so maybe there’s just an issue with making sure the right food is in the bag.
We ordered a chicken bowl through DoorDash which should have had chicken, beans, lettuce, salsa. All that came in the bowl was rice salsa and cheese. Very disappointing.
Literally the worst chipotle.always sends me the wrong order.last time i've ordered, i received someone else's meal.i reordered only to have many missing items.today, they gave my other to some other doordash driver.when my driver came to pick up my order, they claimed that someone else already picked it up and decided to just cancel my order and didn't even bother to just remake it.workers need to start TRIPLE CHECKING WHAT ORDER THEY GIVE TO DRIVERS.its ridiculous!
Worst place ever order two chicken bowls and when i picked up my order there was no meat. Take the food back and the manger had the nerve to say she ran out of meat. Why are y’all still selling if y’all have no meat. When i request a refund she tells me i have to go on the website and request a refund. I will never order from the again
I ordered my food thru DoorDash. I ordered a burrito bowl with meat (barbacoa) and received no meat in my food nor anything else that was supposed to be in it.you get charged for the type of meat you want but when you don’t receive any meat in ya food it defeats the whole purpose and it feel like I wasted my money! I tried calling 2-3 times and got no answer. Also they gave me old apple juice.it tasted horrible which is why I checked the date and the date said 2/10/20. I already spoke with doordash but I’m sharing this so nobody else needs to experience this. I’m highly upset and disappointed with chipotle my whole meat was ruined.
