This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to…. I asked if they could clean a table and no one did…. It wasn’t even busy. I wouldn’t even recommend this one to my enemies.
I ate chipotle 2 hours ago and I’m not feeling well at all. Every Chipotle has gone down hill. Food sucks, trying ti buy food sucks, get sick, not enough food, the list goes on
My first review was deleted for some reason? Went to this location on Saturday night. Waited in line for about 25 minutes while associates walked in front of us (completely ignoring us) while they stocked product and put things away. We asked them if they were closed, and the guy behind the counter rudely said "the guy who is going to help you will be here in a second". After another couple of minutes, the guy to help us came up, started making a burrito for the people at the front of the line, and said "yeah, this is the last tortilla.sorry if anyone else wanted a burrito". Most people left, then one person said they would take a bowl and the guy rolled his eyes at him. This place is terrible, and the people that work there need to learn customer service.
Worst Chipotle ever, the only reason i go here is because its the closest one to me, everytime you order a pickup the quantity is exactly half of what we get in a walkin, the chicken, rice and any sauces are half of what we get usually, even if we putin "extra" when ordering.the worst thing is that they make this pickup (online ordering) the only option even if you walkin to the location which is so frustrating.i have seen quite a few negative reviews about this location and i dont think they even care about it, theres no point in writing a review as they dont care, the only reason im writing this review is for other customers who want to visit this place.
Walked in, stood in line, got to the front and they told me it was closed At 2pm on a saturday
I love Chipotle and this place is great. Fast service and pickup with the app is always on time.
Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Service was testable. The girl acted like I was terrible for coming in and ordering food. I mean how dare I make her work. Not friendly what so ever and as you can see she didn't care about how my food was put together. It completely fell apart after a couple bites.
Never get fajitas in my bowl. They always have excuses and never disclosed the unavailability of items when order online.
This is the second chipotle location in the last two days that has not had iced tea. Worse yet, they didn’t even bother to set up any of the other non-color options. Last but not least, they charged me for a large soda and only gave me a small cup.
This is literally the worst location I have ever been to. The employees are SO lazy and rude. Not sure if they even have a manager
Food is OK but the service at this particular location is awful.
Order online if you can and just pick it up to avoid the aggravation of dealing with the staff
Went here around 540pm on a Thursday. The first employee was pleasant. Went down to the next employee for cold items & to pay. My husband got a burrito and the employee could not wrap the burrito. She asked the person on the register for help. She also had difficulty wrapping the burrito, proceeded to ask if “double wrapping was fine? ” Told her yes. More than half the guacamole came out (that we paid extra for). It also happened to a customer prior to us, he did not feel comfortable with the burrito being double wrapped. A diff staff member had to wrap it (longer wait time). They ran out of fresh fruit for kid meals, they offered chips, we said yes. We understand, people run out of stuff. Got home and the food was SUPER salty. Basically everything was over salted minus the rice. The salsa, the beans, protein. I personally never had salty food from ANY Chipotle. It was a bad experience at this particular store.
Every single time I have gone to this Chipotle. My food is either wring or done poorly. Today on my 30 minute lunch. I ordered online a Quesadilla and Guac and chips (which i used my precious reward points for) and the Guac was old and brown. Now anyone scooping this into a cup wouldn't eat it so why would i eat it? My Quesadilla had 3 pieces of chicken in it and was old and seemed as if it had been prepared previously an know one came to get it. I tried to call multiple times NO ANSWER! So basically i threw my money away. But not this time because as soon as this transaction posts im disputing it.
Why have a big open area like that, they were forcing people to order ahead on the app. The staff is absolutely terrible, I could do a better job with eyes closed.
