Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lancaster PA

I'm not sure why people enjoy this place. The food was tasty enough oh, but surely not special! The place was a wreck and filthy dirty the trash cans literally overflowing with on the floor in front of it and piled on top of it. The the food serving line was a mess and did not look very fresh. The meats for dried out they throw the food on your plate like s l o p! The tables are all filthy and we literally had to wipe her own table off to sit down. Like I said I'm not sure why people enjoy these places. The new one on Rohrerstown Road is even worse, we walked out of that place

I was supposed to get a free guacamole with my order but found it was missing from the bag when I got home. Trying to resolve this omission on line was next to impossible and you can't call the restaurant to speak with a human. They may have just lost my future business!

The waiter Aaron was attentive and nice and did a Great, even though extremely busy. The food was 5/5
I got a brisket burger that was perfectly cooked, and I loved the nachos too. My granddaughter also loved them, that's her favorite thing at restaurants! She had the bacon burger and was also perfectly cooked. I recommend the Mexican corn to everyone so good

If you call you can't get an answer for any questions. The computer being can NOT UNDERSTAND. Lol any questions regarding kind of type of berteto LOL DON'T CALL THEM IT'S USELESS AND FRUSTRATING DO
EAT SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Doors locked at 9: 30 when they’re open till 10. Had to knock on glass and point to my order sitting on the shelf

Maybe if the staff would slow down as to what they are saying instead of rushing they wouldn't have made my order wrong.

It's Chipotle. You know what to expect. Nothing special about this location, but I haven't had any bad experiences. Ordered on the app and the order when ready when it was supposed to be.

Rice wasn't cooked and they were "out" of half the ingredients. Should've just poured myself a bowl of rice krispies at home!

Said they were out of veggies and lettuce (?) even though I saw lettuce in the back. They didn't want to refill the ingredients, I guess since they were busy. Got half of what I wanted for a higher price. Quality tastes worse than it used to. Rice is hard. I won't be coming back to this location.

Good selections of Mexican food. Easy to pick and mix what you want. Staff behind the counter could be a little more helpful with Telling you what options are available in the mixing match as none of the bins are labeled.

*WARNING* don’t DoorDash from this chipotle. They will get either your order wrong or do such a poorly job of make your bowl that you will lose your appetite by just looking at it. I paid 17$ for one bowl ONE and this is what I received… very substandard job by the staff, they should be embarrassed.

This is by far the worst Chipotle i have ever came across. The chicken is always dry, chips are either over baked or underbaked. They are always out of something and if you make an online order they will just make your meal with whatever they have instead of asking you for something different or refunding you. Workers are so rude it shocks me. I always leave here so disappointed.

The food tastes great but the price for what you get is absolutely outrageous. I received a spoonful of rice + 2 half spoonfuls of steak for in a burrito. It cost me over $15. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting Chipotle again until their prices come down

Always love the food, I’ve been a Chipotle fan since long before they came to PA- However this place was filthy. We were there early for lunch, the tables were smeared with food from the day before. Bench was full of salt and dirt (I wiped it and the napkin was Black. The leather like seat back was spotted with old spills and when I wiped the top of the back the black stains transferred to the wipe- they had not been cleaned in ages this place needs a deep cleaning

Yesterday was my 1st time at Chipotle on Fruitville pipe. First of all they overcharge me for something I didn't get. Second the white ride wasn't fully cooked. I would never go there again. I tried calling and calling for hours yesterday to complain about the overcharge and no one picked up the phone.

I gor the sakes burrito it was good food was seasoned well and. You could pick what you want in it first time there and it was not bad.

Ordered plant based, received meat. Large chunk of plastic in my burrito bowl. Both locations in Lancaster seemed to have failed on my orders. Other location tasted like sink water.

Look at this portion. Half steak half chicken. Second photo is after I packed the burrito bowl to the fill line. Barely half of the bowl. Paid over $10 for this.
