Good food and good service. We went at 5pm on a Friday night, so it was fairly busy. Dining area wasn't the cleanest, but I can't blame the staff, they were hopping and everyone seemed very friendly and helpful, got everyone through quickly.

My Rice was literally crunchy like over done or underdone there was corn in my bowl and my girlfriend told them no corn and they told us they had no steak because of a minor cook which is not supposed to happen every job I worked in you have to be 18 to use knifes or the grill

I’m not much of a reviewer but my friends and i get nervous everytime we pull up to the chipotlane because we’ve never had a good experience… we’re always nice & receive attitude back or they just won’t speak.don’t really understand why

Our last two experiences at Chipotle were terrible. Both times the young men who waited on us were rude and unfriendly. I asked for a steak salad.and there was enough for at least two more salads. He said we don't have any steak as a guy from the back came and removed the steak container. I said that it looked like there was steak. He just stared at me and said, "what do you want. " He was rude. Two days ago I asked for brown rice. What was there was the bottom of the container and stuck to the sides and bottom. I asked if I could have fresh rice and he said "that's what we have" and "I don't know what to tell you". I asked if he could check, which he reluctantly did and then a guy from the back came with a fresh container. He was definitely p.o. Ed with me. I was going to get the queso but it also was the bottom and clumped together and I wasn't about to push him over the edge. After we got our order, we sat at a table, which we had to clean off. I used to love going there for a quick meal, but lately it's been unpleasant and not very clean. I know there's a worker shortage, so maybe a little training on customer service would help. Also, if you advertise fresh ingredients and put them where the customer can see it, make sure they're actually fresh.

Very rude staff member, person with long dyed dark redish purple hair. Acted like it was the end of the world to serve us and had an attitude the whole time, rushed us through check out and didn’t ask if we wanted drinks or chips. Overall unfriendly experience

Food is good. However the landscaping and parking lot has a lot of trash and debris that makes it look.trashy.

Really good food. Always clean inside. I absolutely hate the parking lot. It's very hard to navigate and very small. I usually do mobile ordering and pick it up. I do like how you can go through the drive-thru and pick up your mobile order now. Another thing I don't like is how you practically have to yell your order for the workers to hear you when they're making your food. But, it's manageable. The food is always fresh.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but it used to be my go-to. Something has changed and I don't want to blame it on covid. Trash cans are always over flowing, floors and tables filthy, can't get certain items unless I ordered it online even though I'm standing there in front of you. And they could care less when I mention it. New management is needed ASAP! I love chipotle I wonder if Hagerstown is the same?

This location is pretty cool. The only issue I’ve had the last two times of ordering is that the rice is over cooked.

If I could give a place 0 stars this would be it. Foods never the same when you order. Waited 20 minutes for my online order. Food was cold, one of the burritos was half the size of the other. Service and food sucks here.

The dining room was filthy, couldn't find a table that was clean, employees seemed to be miserable. Food quality left a lot to be desired. Overpriced

This is the worst chipotle I have been to. We make a 35 minute drive just to go to the next closest one, when we decide to eat out. It's impossible to talk to a manager via phone call. They are always out of stuff.every time. We went and they we're out of lettuce and so when I asked for sour cream and guac (almost out of guac) they way over compensated with sour cream, I guess trying to make up for it but it was not even edible. Then when checking out I asked for chips and queso.no chips, but still wanted to offer me queso? This is every single time. Also, I feel like the employees are trained for this now, they don't even hand a receipt to me anymore, I have to ask, they automatically take it and trash it, I have had to ask for it and the employee working the register say's " I'm sorry, I already threw it away". To which I will start replying " great, dig it out of your trash can" because when I do try and contact about an issue, they want all the info off the receipt, that just so happened to end up in the trash, without even asking if I wanted. I will say I used to work at a Dr office near this location, back then it was not this bad when we would go out at work, however, lately I wouldn't waste the money here and it's worth the trip to go to another location. Or even Panera across the street

We ordered from Chipotle for a work lunch. The ordering process online was a breeze. The pick-up, however, was not. It was SO busy and they only had 3 people working and only processing online orders. Our food took an hour to get from the time of ordering it. Once we returned to work, we realized they missed giving us one entire bag of food. When we called, Kirsten was so pleasant and nice. She apologized and offered to remake the food if we come back. She deserves recognition for being attentive in a high-stress situation.

Inconsistent, was in today @ 3: 50pm and this place was filthy both in the seating area and behind the counter. Looked like someone had a food fight. Last few months there has been no dressing, lettuce is never fresh. Inconsistent on portions and staff appears to have very little if any supervision. This place was great when it first opened but have seen if going down hill about 6 months after it opened.

At 5pm they were out of steak, sautéed veggies and Lettuce. Their staff was rude, except for the girl working the line.the ONLY one working the line. Everyone else was just standing around doing nothing

I stood at the counter waiting for a long time while staff stood around laughing and goofing off. A young girl and guy both waited on me and ridiculed me, commenting on what I ordered and how plain I wanted my burrito. Very unprofessional and rude.
