17The ingredients needed more flavor. It was kind of bland. When I was trying to decide what I one of the workers gave me a nasty attitude. The table's were Grose. Looked like there were no one to bus the table's.
Waited 35 minutes for mobile order. And still had to wait in line to order. Manager was very unprofessional and the workers looked like they would rather be anywhere but working.
Decent, fresh wraps and bowls. Good location. Good services.
Fast food that tastes good.
From my own experience, ordering on the app is often resulting in getting "cold" food. It is best to order in person.
I placed an order online, which I do anytime I get Chipotle. But this particular restaurant has not gotten my order right in over a year. Half of the items that I ordered weren't even on the bowl. A message was sent to me that they were running behind but when I got there my food was cold. This restaurant really needs to work on the accuracy if the items they put together. I guess I will have to go in if I decide to get Chipotle again here.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. For the past YEAR and A HALF every time I ordered from this location the order has been wrong. Missing drinks or toppings, wrong protein, wrong order entirely. I’ll wait a few months and order again and it’s the same issue. Also Chipotle makes it practically impossible to contact them and get the issue rectified. Go to ANY other Chipotle location or you’ll be out of your money.
There were no changing tables in either women’s or men’s bathroom. The food was decent and service was good.
Since this opened it has become a favorite occasional stop on the way home to pickup an order of Mexican. I use the app to preorder exactly what the family wants and schedule the pickup. If I am running a bit late they put the hot items in a warmer and keep the cooler items out.
Ate here late last night and this was the best Chipotle experience I have had in a long time. Staff was extremely friendly and politely let me know of a few items they were out of. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh. Portion size was excellent. Outside eating area was spacious and clean.
The food is terrible, hard rice, burned meat and just sloppy prepared. This is now the third time this happened and I am not coming back.
I was literally on the last straw with chipotle in general. I’ve been having terrible experiences and Easton was my only hope to see if I would completely stop being a loyal customer for them. Well let me tell you. I ordered the new tiktok fajita quesadilla because I was super excited to try. (It can only be ordered online). I ordered it to be done even at a later time so by the time I get there it would fresh. I got there and it was already done. I got my order and was about to enjoy it in my car until I didn’t see any fajitas and really melted cheese so I was literally going to just take it back and never go back to chipotle. However when I went back in DAKOTA, came to me personally and said he’ll make me a whole brand new one that’s fresh and he will make sure the fajitas are in there. I was so relieved and honestly thankful. I didn’t give any attitude or anything and was just going to accept that I’m not going to eat at chipotle again butttt he honestly saved a loyal customer service at chipotle. Thank you Dakota and I can’t wait to go back. I’ll be making sure I tip him and the crew! Thanks man.
There was only one person in the front managing the serving of food but also checking out the people. She was the only one working hard. Her fellow employees just continued their work and did not bother in helping her. The tables were also very dirty along with the kitchen floor.
Employees are extremely nice and friendly! Food and service were great. Recommend this location to anyone:)
Really bad customer service, maybe the guy was new, but he rolled my burrito so messy and tried to hide it with aluminum foil. When I noticed and politely asked for it to be rolled again, the guy blew me off and I got horrible attitude from the women who ended up rewrapping it. Not to mention I paid $2.85 extra for queso that I definitely didn’t get it because she dumped the contents of the first burrito into the second. Don’t make my mistake, GO TO MOES! You even get chips and salsa with your meal!
I just ordered a veggie bowl and chips via grub hub, was charged and only received chips. The second I picked up the bag I could tell the order was off and the grub hub deliver himself said he asked the location if the order was filled. Inside the bag was half a bag of chips and a bowl container. Clearly someone did not follow through will filling the order. Even with grub hub refunding that specific item, I still paid $17.50 for literally half a bag of chips to be delivered. This is awful service, very disappointing.
I wonder what they do with all the extra money they make by not offering change. They say everytime "sorry we can not give you change back" that could be substantial amount of money at the end of the day. ⁷
Took only cash, AFTER my gf ordered her food. Had to place an online order, and meanwhile 2 or 3 employees are too busy goofing off and nearly got our order wrong. Food is usually very good but christ get those 16 year olds to actually work. There's like 10 visible people and only 5 doing their job. (I would know! I used to work here!)

Gave one star so I could get to comment section. Ordered on line and waited two hours with nothing more than you have to wait. Tried to get someone on phone and automated phone system gave us yet another run around. We simply wanted a refund by that time and couldn't do that either
