Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wyncote PA

I go into get a quesadilla they said I can’t have it unless I order online! I order online they get the order wrong you can’t win with this chipotle they never have fresh quac location is terrible you go
I’m there wanting something and never satisfies.get a whole
New staff they are lazy

Closing time is 10pm I went today at 9: 40 and they were close doors was lock I guess they close 20 mins before 10pm and not actually 10pm smh

Most staff is ok, please try to be more cleaner, I try different locations and the quality of the food goes down when the place needs cleaning

I have ordered from here reluctantly 4 times. This is the last and final time. As many of the other reviews have stated Chipotle corporate needs to get involved and elevate this location. The food quality is poor, each time I’ve ordered my order is wrong, cold, and missing items. I know y’all can do better.

How do you open late AND burn the first batch of chicken. Getting a refund took way too long, they didnt have my order confirmation number. They have no consideration at all. I order from here because its closer and i regret it everytime. I cant take it anymore. They have been consistently bad for as long as ive been ordering from here. The one around willowgrove is 10 times better. Id rather wait the extra 20 minutes.

They keeps it moving in here! Love how the workers will take that extra step some times! It Matters

Chipotle needs to get more involved with this location and stop looking from afar. It's obvious the management is not managing. My 1st experience here overall was horrible. You will be more satisfied by going to the grocery stores nearby and making this at home with half the ingredients. It will be made with more pride than the lack of to making your order correctly and ensuring they are charging you correctly. No one cares at this point. Reached out to corporate to tell my experience and they must be tired of hearing the same ole mess at this location and don't bother to answer. Skipping this place everytime.

Mobile orders took a lot of time this is the worst restaurant I have seen with this bad customer service.

I generally never have a good experience at this location. Besides the extremely slow service, the unfriendly attitudes, small portions of food your normally revive I had yet another bad experience. I actually just left as I was told come back in 10 minutes we are not open and by the looks of things the probably needed another 20-30 min. I walked in at 11: 10am the business hours are 9: 45am until 9pm. At this point I’m convinced management just does not care enough to even prep prior to business hours. No more business from me and I would recommend you save yourself the disappointment.

They in there doing whatever they want. They close early and have the worst service. Nothing but kids working there that don’t care about what they’re doing.

My boyfriend and I visited this chipotle on Friday October 28th, and it was pretty busy, and you could tell they were understaffed. But the guy who was cooking on the grill was slaying the game. He was running from the grill to the OLO line, to the in house line, helping and obviously having a great time doing it. I love seeing employees shine in difficult situations. I didn’t catch his name but he deserves some recognition or raise because he was clearly keeping that place together. Great job!

$160 order and the burritos were the size of a baseball. I got double meat and my bowl was half full. This chipotle are scammers, do not order if you want a actual portion. I guess our business will look elsewhere for our lunch meals.

Usually in and out. No issues so far. Mobile ordering seems to be counterproductive though.

Update: was 4 stars. Now, (9/12/22) jawn is 1 star. Placed an online order. Got there on time. Employee said there’s a wait. 10min later. She asked me who I was there for. I told her my name. She said there was a wait. I said, “you said that 10min ago. ”
Her: “you can’t rush food. ”

Meanwhile, people that walk in get orders immediately. #dafuq?

Absolutely terrible. Do not order delivery/pickup from here! I ordered 2 bowls and got salads. Neither of us like tomatoes and there was a bunch on each order, incorrect beans in one and beans in the other that wasn’t supposed to have any, incorrect protein on both, soggy packages from the beans not being drained enough (it was like water at the bottom). Horrible horrible horrible! I was so disappointed. I just don’t understand how you can mess up two orders that bad? ! It was like they just went down the line and threw in whatever they wanted? I even checked to make sure the right persons order got delivered and it had my name on it. This location sucks…

Went to this location and they refused to make food for us because they said they were only taking online orders. Not that they were closed in store because of Covid or anything like that. There were even people eating inside the restaurant. The location was physically open - they just only wanted to make the online orders.

Worse order from a Chipotle ever. My son got a burrito that was only a tortilla wrapped around meat. They didn’t put anything else he ordered on it. The portions for the 2 burrito bowls we got were pathetic. I’ve never seen a Chipotle give such a small amount of food. I won’t be ordering from this location again whether it be for delivery or take out.

3rd time over 4 months I've tried to get food from this location.there is always an issue. Went 5 minutes ago. Stood for a few minutes. Then a staff person said they were not going ro open until sometime after 4pm. But bo exact time after 4pm. She said not sure just sometime after 4. Although there are people sitting at tables eating. So its official: I will never go to this wyncote location again. Love the food not this location.

Ordered delivery and waited an hour just to be told that their system was “down” my order was marked as delivered and money/tip was taken from my account. Will be filing a formal complaint with chipotle. I will never visit this location again.
