Chipotle Mexican Grill, York PA

Thank God, blessings, a unique flavor, I felt like I was in my country, the Dominican Republic.

I keep trying, mostly because of convenience, but every time I place a mobile order it is wrong! And then you can't even call to get it straightened out! Maybe one day!

It feels like they can never keep staff. And eating while handling food is not good. But I love Chipotle and I still go every week

Please please please get a good manager that knows how to communicate with his or her team. You would’ve thought somebody died in the back from the lack of energy in the room. It was frustrating to watch good employees not know what was going on. No chicken or steak on the bar and a long line due to lack of staff or lack of energy. Just sad.

This photo is from this afternoon. I hope that isn't black mold coming down from the drink dispensers. The drink area is always filthy lately. They are not cleaning it and someone is going to get sick. I won't be back to this location.

I finally decided to try this place out a few weeks ago and FELL IN LOVE. The food and drinks are awesome

Post-Covid times I always have a great experience here! They seem to have hired more people and the wait times are not bad at all. I have an allergy and they are so kind about it and make sure my meal is safe for me.

We were in line waiting for a while because the people working were all over the place. On the bright side, we were able to see that their handling practices were all over the place as well. The you guy at the register was wearing gloves but proceeded to touch everything, including his neck and face, and wiped his hand across his nose. Then, he started working on an order at the station near the register. One example of many. We decided to go somewhere else to eat. I'm surprised the other people in line stayed.

Chipotle has good food that is filling. Their burrito bowls are sometimes more than can be eaten in one sitting, so you always feel full when you've finished. They have many choices, which allow for nearly infinite customization of your food. If you want to try one of the tomatillo salsas, I recommend trying the green first, light, if you aren't huge on spice, as light red is still enough spice to give someone unused to it a stomachache. The food is made promptly and was ready at the pickup time, though the app went straight from 'received order' to 'your order is ready, ' skipping the stage where they are actively making the food. Despite not ordering silverware, we were still provided with a fork for each bowl, and we had plenty of napkins.

The people that work there don’t know how to make a burrito bowl. Half of it was just rice and they barely gave me anything else i asked for

Since covid they have done nothing but decline in service and quality. I refuse to go any more

I love chipotle, but this location is not it. When I first moved in, this place used to have a line that would go outside the door. Now this place is just very disappointing. The food and service is very inconsistent, for example one day I would go there the service is great and the food is great, but the other day I go there the service is horrible and the food is horrendous. I have read the bad reviews about this place and trust me, they are very true! I am highly dissatisfied with the service here and I think that they should at least try putting in some effort into their job.

Also, why is this exact chipotle location always out of their food? Like come on now, how can you run a business without having any of the exact ingredients to make food?

I have received the incorrect order from my mobile pickup twice within a month. The second time I brought my incorrect order back in to have it corrected. The person who I believe was the manager did correct it without an apology and had a condescending tone when he told me what I had was a veggie salad. Unfortunately there was a whole lot on there I didnt ask for. The time before the chips were stale. They definitely need to take more care in paying attention to their mobile orders.

They should be embarrassed to have this out like this. This place is filthy, run by a bunch of people who don’t understand food safety

Came to the Chipotle at 945pm and couldn't order food. The location closes at 10pm. The doors were open I walked in to order they had 8 people "working" but already they removed all the food.
