Chipotle Mexican Grill, Allentown PA

So the food tasted pretty good (besides the pain 6 hours later, get the barbacoa if you need a serious cleanse or if your the health inspector) None of the chipotle employees can make burritos anymore cause all you bowl ppl. Trash cans over flowing.travel alot and ne chipotles need work big time

The gm should be fired. Hes the reason this chipotle is awful. Hes the heavy set white guy, long hair and wears his hat backwards. I always see him cooking but yet there’s never any food available for customers making people pay $15 for food and not even giving you a full bowl of food. Blaming the customers like it’s their fault they never have food left place is always extremely dirty, tons of cross-contamination and the attitudes you get when you ask for fresh food is awful, this man has turned me away multiple times because he said they didn’t have white rice. How do you not have certain items that make the business what it is.he should honestly not work for the food industry, extremely unprofessional, and his clothes are always dirty.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too, Food was OK. Service was MID, they seemed so stressed out. Trash was everywhere. Guy who was cooking was worried about the music instead of making the food right.

Do not order from this place. Staff is scarce. They lock up very early on some days when they are supposed to be open til 10. On Sunday the closed at 6!? Online orders are never correct, or they barely put anything on it. Don't try to order extra online. It's just gonna be a normal portion or less.

Frequently goes digital only so if you didn't order ahead you're not getting food anytime soon and when you do order online Chipotle notoriously under portions and for me consistently messes up my order.

Good food, as always. But I wish they would accept in-person orders as well. I was starving but had to install the app and place an order online only.

Ordered a quesadilla, and I received a bowl of rice, sour cream, meat. No cheese, no tortilla, just a bowl of slop. What a joke.

Sadly this location is always running behind on orders, even online ones. The inside was also unacceptably dirty last time I stopped in; it was uncomfortable to sit down to wait for my order. Gets two stars rather than one because the food was tasty. Just consider that your food will probably be good while the rest of your experience isn’t pleasant.

Just walked in to order lunch (at 12: 30pm) : “we’re not taking anymore orders, sorry”. It is always a disaster here.

Ordered sofritas dishes and received chicken in both. Extreme cross contamination and/or lack of reading the order slips.

Out of rice, out of veggies, corn salsa was old, out of sodas. Like make more? 12 people working yet out of half their items.place was dirty and customer service was bad. Overall bad experience.

The boss named autumn is excellent for a boss. She is friendly, kind, and understanding. The place is very clean and spotless. The employess are friendly and nice.

This is not a compliment per say about the food.it is about the way the company handles a employee who is African American and decided to get her hair braided and with that her hair does not fit in either a hat or visor hat the employees must wear.
As a mother of a African American daughter I find this very disturbing 2 of the managers said 2 different things to my daughter in reference to her hair and not one time did they try to come up with a solution.
Both managers are now giving her work hours to other employees because of her hair. Trying to call cooperate office and Human Resources is ridiculous because they have no number and Autumn the manager says she does not know the cooperate office number.
A month ago the same issue with a African American teenager who works at Chick-fa-la had the same issue with her being in braids. These businesses have no ideal what it is like for young woman who are African American. Smh.

Went here with some family members and the location was kind of dirty and they were out of some of the items. The employees there were more interested in an arrest going on airport road while they were taking my order and were talking to one another about it. Food itself wasn’t bad.

Food was delicious, but went to dine-in and the registers were down and we had to do an online order. Sat outside when order was complete. Not a bad experience, just a minor inconvenience.

It was good for my first time but didn't have much to eat so I would recommend it. It's just like Subway but not dealing with sandwiches.

I visited yesterday two places in Bethlehem and Airport rd Allentown almost in between 7 pm to 7 30 pm
At both places vegi fajita was run down

Wow I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from here. Ordered a Burrito Bowl and only came with carnitas, everything else was missing. The package was dirty with avocado stains and it looked disgusting!

I would love to rate them on their food, but u never get what i order. Not an exaggeration, every time, something is wrong. The food the does come is thrown together very carelessly. Mounds of sour cream, lettuce, and guac. Seems like absolutely no care of effort go in to the food.

Can't get it right.
Mounds of sauce makes every thing disgusting, and it's not cheap. Awful experience, I've learned my lesson, won't order from here again
