19I like chipotle and frequent them often, this is probably the worst one I have ever been to. The food quality is very inconsistent, and the service is spotty at best.
Uuugh. Adertising the new Slicy chicken but they dont have any? Staff is a little more Friendly. They seem to just go through the everyday motions. Needs Fixed.
This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced. The last time we ordered online, they forgot all of our toppings and gave us a bowl of lettuce when I ordered a chicken salad with fixings, and a plain burrito with just chicken and nothing else which was also ordered with fixings. This time, we ordered a salad, they forgot the lettuce & dressing, which are the main ingredients to a salad. They forgot the guacamole & queso in my boyfriend’s burrito. They also forgot the guacamole in our side of “guacamole & chips” that was $10, and forgot the queso dip that was $4.
Disgusting, the tacos are drippy and falling apart. Gave me no meet on the tacos. Place is absolutely filthy too. This place need a serious overhaul.
The place always looks dirty due to the employees not caring and too busy singing and putting their own music extremely loud with foul language in the back. You can’t barely hear the employees or yourself speak. You almost have to yell what you want. It’s like a club, not professional at all and it’s only when certain employees are there.
So I paid extra for guacamole and chips. I open the bag when I get home and they didn’t give me the guacamole I paid for. It’s just frustrating when you pay $18 for a bowl and guac and chips and they don’t even give you the guac. I also stood at the front forever, with no one else there, waiting for someone to even say a word to me. I waited so long as they looked at me and the whole time my order was sitting behind the counter, ready. The service definitely could be better and they need to remember not to forget part of the order people have already paid for.
Update: Four years ago, I gave this location a five star review without hesitation. However since then this location has slipped further and further into mediocrity. Consistently dirty dining room and filthy kitchen with indifferent staff have made the premium pricing no longer worth it. It's just plain dirty and overpriced. And the once pleasant sound system is regularly turned up to truly annoying volumes now with very polarizing music playing.
Original review: Where to go when you want a big burrito in a relaxed atmosphere. Kudos for the well designed sound system, giving a warm, well rounded sound to the place, unlike the terrible PA speakers most places employ.
I have never been a restaurant where the person making my food was so alive! He was attentive, happy, singing, dancing. Thisonly added to the experience of always good food. And great choices for slo carb diet
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY! Some days it's great, other days like today the employees are miserable and rude when people are trying to pick up a online order.
The food was pretty good but the lettuce they had was brown and really disgusting. I asked them if they had fresh lettuce and they rolled their eyes at me. As a customer I expected better service, but unfortunately was disappointed as a consumer of this business.
Whenever I get here, my order is almost never ready or hasn’t been started. I order online.
Really disappointed 2nd time in a row the burrito is basically empty and I ordered double chicken place is going down hill
This chipotle was out of rice at there store. Every time I go to this store they are always out of at least one ingredient. I don't understand how a restaurant does not have a product they advertise.
The customer service is very bad, the manager is a bitch, she does not know before the client, her attitude is not for working with clients
Just came in with my kids 2 yrs and 9yrs. Long story short my 2 year old spilled the bowl everywhere. I went up and asked for a pan and brush and Joshua came out and cleaned it up. He was so pleasant and nice! Glad to see good nice people working here!
Food was good as usual. We ordered ahead in the app, only to find when we get there they prefer take out only. They didn't even have napkins out. Such a shame I assume staffing issues. This place used to be filled to the brim.
Always out of half the ingredients. Poor communication. Order wrong more times than it's right. We've stopped going to this location altogether.
Every take out or delivery order from this location ive ever had has been incorrect in some way. But hey there is something to be said for consistency.
The food was good and fast! It needed a little more flavor in my opinion tho. The service was excellent. The music was so loud I couldn't think straight much less talk to the ppl I was eating with
