Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
16 My experience today around 1-2PM was great. There were three women in the front line, two of them being twins. They were very kind and gave fast service. My food was great and had a good portion. The cashier was helpful in scanning my rewards for a side of guac, where you need to scan the membership code first before the rewards code.
My experience before was horrible before and I believe it’s because of the old workers there. But these three workers were phenomenal and deserve praise/PROMOTIONS. They need to train some of the other stores how to deliver great service. Thank you girls!
The General Manager is very unprofessional. I will never come back to eat. I felt very uncomfortable eating at chipotle. Before walking in the store i placed my vape in my pocket. I think she had a problem with me having a vape. I do not work there I am a customer and that is non of her business if I have a vape or not. I did not smoke the vape at all in the store I am aware of the rules but for her to be in my business like that and making me feel very uncomfortable is just not right. Chipotle you guys need to fine people who really care about their job and is worried about their job and not what’s in people’s possession. The General manager stared at me and was rushing me to finish eating. That is very uncalled for. She needs to know how to just worry about her job (not trying to come out disrespectful) but that was very uncalled for. I’m never eating there again. That lady made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Out of all the chipotle, this prolly the best one. Other chipotle be stingy af with their chicken.
They only do online order now all the time so you can no longer drive up and order. And that's if they feel like opening the doors for you most of the time they're locked. Go to Don Ponchitos literally right around the corner. Local mexican spot you can get a bowl or burrito just like chipotle but cheaper, bigger and better, and you can place your order brick and mortar. It's clear the owner of the chipotles here in Philly isn't directly or even relatively invovled because they'd be upset about the profits their store managers and staff choose to throw away every day. Doesn't matter to them how the store does, they get paid hourly.
Will never come back here and I will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this place. The service is terrible, no one cares, they don’t say hello, there is unsanitary conditions everywhere. I asked for a refund, they don't care, go online and do it yourself.
The only consistently good Chipotle in the Northeast. We’ve only ever done mobile carry out & have never had an issue.
Rudest employee that work here, she took forever to serve me cursed at me because I said I didn’t want a lot of corn she’s very much ghetto only had a problem with her the rest of the employees was Okay
There’s always something wrong when I come here. Registers not working. Online orders only. Or online orders not available registers not working. The worst chipotle.
The food is good however the customer service is horrible. Not only do you feel rushed to order your food even while it being an empty store, with no customers at the time.but the server accidentally dropped some food on the counter instead of in my food. And instead of trashing the piece that fell, he proceeded to put the food that fell on the counter into my food. I was given a smirk when I told him how unsanitary that was. Good luck. Do better!
I wanted a salad. The server gave me lettuce that was not fresh. I asked her to change the lettuce. She changed it. I said thank you, and she rolled her eyes and just moved my salad to the next person and walked to the back. I did buy the salad because I was already there, but I will never go back. She would not eat that. Salad was good because I requested fresh lettuce. Customer service is everything, and they failed.
This location still has it. The food, customer service and in and out service. Great team here no matter the time early afternoon, late afternoon, or evening.
Digital only? When did chipotle start doing that? It was still well about 1/2 hour left till closing and was told sorry we can’t serve you. And I ask if I can place and order though the app and was told no it’s too late.
Terrible customer service please teach your worker how to talk with customers. Discussing. Never come back
Only accepting on line orders is not the best way to run a business when your just hungry and nearby the establishment you should not have to be turned away to eat a meal.
Make sure you show up more than an hour before they close they told me at 9: 18 they were closed but they close at 10 beware!
They make sure you get your monies worth and also they are very polite and courtesy to their customers
