We are so pleased with the care we receive at Springfield CHOP. The nurses are incredibly helpful and the staff is always so friendly. The doctors provide excellent care and are always happy to answer our questions and concerns.

Apparently they have enough money to expand but not enough money for proper care. They used to call and follow up with their patients after hospital visits- not anymore. No replies from staff when sending emails. (I mean- RADIO SILENCE) It takes 6+months for a well visit leading to kids going unvaccinated. If you need a sick visit and can actually get in, they just hand you pamphlets, tell you “they’ll grow out of it” and push you off to the next specialist with a 6 month waiting list. My kids have been coming here for ~10 years since we moved back to the area. What was once a shining star in health care is now a risk to your child. Go anywhere else. I’ve actively started looking for other pediatricians.

When this doctors office was Kid's 1st on Sproul Rd it was much better. My 17 year old daughter has gone to this practice since Day 1.95% of the time, we had Dr. Lee. He was always super cheerful and jovial and just seemed to really care. Over the years, getting an appointment you need to book like 6 months ahead of time and Dr. Lee has changed so much. Very disappointing. Instead of friendly small talk he pushes all flu, Covid, and HPV vaccine. Last yr my daughter mentioned heart palpitations when she was anxious. I do not need a referral for my insurance, but she mentioned it to him in convo. This year, he asked her about them and she told him she still has them but it's no worry. I guess since we didn't take the umpteen vaccines he was trying to overly suggest, he charged us for "evaluation and management services". My insurance won't pay the full amount because it's not a covered service. When I called they said it was because he discussed heart palpitations with us. What? ! It was a quick convo that he initiated. It's insurance fraud! I won't be paying it and I'm so glad my daughter will be 18 and won't be back. Check your explanation of benefits every time you leave this place. Fraudulent. Not to mention when they have to have your child alone to be sure they aren't self harming, he told her that once she turns 18 she doesn't have to take my advice and can get the vaccines. So disgusted and disappointed in Dr. Lee and his staff!

Staff are very rude, front desk and on the phone. They act bossy, tone of voice angry really not friendly.
