Dr Forbes, the nurses and anesthesiologist are absolutely amazing. My daughter couldn't have been in better hands for her surgery. Such a relief to have when it comes to surgery and your child! Amazing surgery center. Recommend hands down.

We have, because of frequent issues with my daughter, been to CHOP Brandywine several times. The people were efficient, courteous, and mindful of the time involved for both us and themselves.

It does facilitate prompt service if you call ahead and book an appointment before arrival, especially on weekends. Saturday COVID testing can be a wait, but still is pretty fast considering the crowed.

Five stars. Go Chop:)

Horrible place. Ridiculous protocols. My one year old had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor bc they wouldn’t see him until his covid results came back. He has a runny nose! But, their ridiculous protocols required he be tested. Additionally, there was only 1 other patient in the office and it still took 2 hours.

I would not recommend this pediatrician location to anyone with a newborn. My husband and I had our son and were released from the hospital after 24 hours. CHOP was supposed to offer a bilirubin test the following day which the initial pediatrician just have forgotten. When we went back 3 days later the new pediatrician said he looked yellow knee had to go to the ER immediately for a test. It was a Friday at 4pm. We got to DuPont and they looked at us funny basically saying that bilirubin tests aren’t extremely urgent to newborns unless there are signs (he was pooping feeding great and no fever). They asked if I could call chop and request a script so they could do the bloodwork I let us go. Dr Kutz refused my request so at 4 days postpartum we were in DuPont children’s hospital for over 5 hours. It took 50 minutes for them to get 1 oz of blood. I’m not sure how or why CHOP couldn’t offer this test especially since they are attached to an urgent care? Many pediatricians have access to bilirubin testing. The ER discharged us and said his levels were totally down & to follow up on Later next week with our doctor. We had a follow up appt sat AM so I called at 9am to cancel. 1 hour later a nurse called back and left me the rudest voicemail about how could I possibly cancel and he needs to be seen today. When I returned her call she finally read my chart and realized we were discharged from the hospital (she didn’t read the chart beforehand of course). She said we could come back Monday. My husband returned on Monday and was 15 minutes late with our 7 day old child. When he called to get let in because of covid, the receptionist rhetorically asked him what time it was, told him he was very late. Then she made him get back in his car and pull around back (with my newborn) and wait for a fall because no one was allowed in the waiting room. We were in the waiting room during our first two visits, and he could see children in there. They called 10 minutes late and let him in. Needless to say we changed pediatricians after that. No new parent navigating parenthood as first timers should have to feel so terrible about their child’s health and well being.

Absolutely horrible experience! The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful! I have a child in desperate need of attention and they couldn’t take his insurance and wouldn’t even let me pay out of pocket for services! They have absolutely no outlets for what I am seeking medically for my son. I have no where to take him to get the help he needs. They couldn’t even suggest other options. They are only place within 50 miles from me.

We come here for the EoE clinic and have been very happy with their care and communication between doctors

It takes and hour to get help. The wait is truly ridiculous.
