Terrible service, waitress talks to other waiter or clients at another table while taking our order. Very unprofessional behavior. Rude approach to clients. Soup that was ordered never arrived. Food was ok one time, the other time just so-so. Came back 2nd time to give them another chance after first time mishap about providing ordered food, but no utensils nor chopsticks. When simple soup did not arrive after 45minutes, waiter did not show up either. We demanded to talk to manager, but waiter refused to provide the name saying manager is not here.
Seems like restaurant cooks a lot of orders to go, i believe it should remain order-to-go restaurant only due to lackiing service skills.
Very disappointed, twice. Not going here anymore.
Cannot blame casino for restaurants's terrible customer relations, but this casino lost my future money due to this restaurant also.

Wish I could give zero stars. Right in the middle of eating I look down to see a cockroach on the floor. I couldn't even finish my food I was discussed. I told the server and he walked over picked it up with a napkin didn't was his hands after and handed me a to go box.

The unfriendly Waitress made our meal unpleasant.

I have been to this restaurant over a dozen times. The food has always been amazing. This time my experience was something unimaginable! This was my first time ordering takeout. I usually dine in, I was greeted by the manager on duty and hostess Jenny. I ordered the pork with chicken special w/jasmine rice. I asked her what type of chicken came in the meat she said is either bone in or bone out. At that time, I assume bone in was dark meat so I requested bone in. When my food came I realize I receive the white meat which I am not a fan of. I asked Jenny was it possible to have dark meat she told me that I never requested dark meat just bone in. This very simple fixable situation escalated very quickly!
I said I would like dark meat she started it would be extra. I explained money wasn’t an issue and re-stayed what I wanted. Jenny expressed that she was very busy as I was trying to get my order corrected at that time she began ignoring me and taking orders around me. She was rolling her eyes, not listening and verbally and physically showing her signs of frustration towards me And continuously say that she’s very busy. I believe she was obviously inexperience and couldn’t tolerate pressure of a complaint and took it as a personal attack against her. She was not able to be professional polite or problem solve as a manager. Her behavior was humiliating towards me. She increasingly became very rude and arrogant towards me. At that time, I ask to for a name of another manager or general manager. Jenny said I would need to come back another time to get that. I asked for a refund she said it was too much of a bother and a inconvenience to refund a credit card. I was infuriated but never yelled, pointed or used profanity. I started stopping random staff walking by asking for help since Jenny had walked away and stopped acknowledging me. A gentleman staff asked me what I wanted I told him and he returned same exact order with white meat that I didn’t want. When I start to explain again he started to shaking abs turned pink. He was angry and said he’s worked in the restaurant and this is dark meat that white meat. And started pointing his finger as a shame on me and pointing to Jenny. He then stated he is in the restaurant business nit me and knows the difference between white meat and dark meat. At that time. I asked Jenny again to just please refund me. This whole encounter was over 35 minutes long and also humiliating being the only non Asian person in the restaurant. People stared looked down at me and pointed Please note Chinese was being spoken the entire time around me and about me! Which is also very rude.

Worst service, most over priced Chinese food I’ve ever had, they don’t understand English after ordering 3 times they still got it wrong and then had to wait another 15 min for the other order my wife didn’t want to leave no tip but I was gracious enough to want to leave $2 for our $54 pepper steak which is $9 every where else the waitress told me that $2 wasn’t enough lol I told her with the crummy service we received $2 was too much, food is too expensive and the portions are too small would never go there again and wouldn’t recommend any one else going.

Got Singapore Noodles, cost $20 and isn't (or aren't) as good as the Asian Food Court place for half (or less) the cost. And they weren't nearly as good as the food court. Go figure.

Over cooked, over priced, and rude server. Three at our table and two served while the third had to wait. Our waitress asked me what happened where was my food. Really she never brought it

The worst wontom soup I ever had. Wonton are steam pot dumplings with little taste. The soup had very little flavor and for 5 dollars was not worth it. Prices are high and not worth the price.

So tasty and abundant serving sizes. Cooking area is visibly clean, all meals cooked to order, not prepared in advance.

A very pleasant surprise, unique flavors and tastes that I've never seen combined before. I really enjoyed the meal and looked forward to having more available for lunch the next day. Happy to have bypassed the usual for the unusual! Enjoy!

Extend your hours! I was extremely hungry, but you had shut down all your food. Went to bed very hungry.

This rating is based solely on the customer service because we DID NOT eat here. My husband and I wanted to eat here but our waitress was incredibly rude. I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before! When placing our order m, I simply asked if I could have shrimp with Lo mein instead of rice and the waitress flipped out shaking her head furiously saying no. I then asked why and She went on a rant saying that this was her company and I should not even dare to ask why! I could not believe she escalated that quickly when I will was just asking a question! Needless to say we walked right out and will never attempt to eat there again!

Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had.worse than the mall food court. Overcooked meat, non-existent service, severely overpriced. The LaChoy my mother served out of a can in the 80's was better than this. Also, it's in the smoking section of the casino, pretty disgusting. I would give it zero stars if I could.
