Recently my truck was extensively damaged by a fallen tree branch. I called my State Farm agent Chris Loeffert late one Friday evening. Within 1hour my claim was submitted, recommended body repair shops discussed, rental vehicle procedures explained. I could not be more satisfied with the service Chris provided. The claim was processed, body repair work completed quickly, and my Hertz rental returned ahead of schedule.
I only paid my deductible, nothing else and NO hassles. 100% satisfied!

Chris and his team are wonderful to work with! I specifically work with Carmen and she always goes above and beyond answering & explaining my millions of questions.
