Chris worked extremely hard to find me the perfect first home. It was a long process due to the current state of the market but through it all he had my best interest in mind. Chris is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and has many great contacts from lenders to contractors. He knows how to strategically structure offers that will have the best chance of being accepted and at the best price for you. Chris is very personable and always seems to find someone living near by to talk to and gets the inside scoop of what that neighborhood/hoa is actually like. After my offer was accepted it was a seamless process up to settlement due to Chris's help and hard work.

Chris was awesome! Can I give 6 stars! I had a short window to move and wanted a nice house in a specific location. I gave him some requirements and hunt he did. In a matter of a few days he found me a house unlisted but was getting ready to that was the result of a divorce, I can relate.
He set up a quick appointment with Homeowner. Bingo, after 10 minutes I was sold. The offer was accepted quickly and we had a deal. We had a checklist made up that Chris organized outside parties to finish. Hd directed me to a mortgage contact which worked out well. We settled within 30 days. No problems going forward.

Chris was and is a fantastic realtor. He was so helpful with the entire process. As first time home buyers, we did not know what we were doing, what to expect and how to do anything in regards to purchasing our home. Chris guided us through every step of the way. I think we first spoke with him in August 2020 (more so information seeking) but by end of Oct 2020 we were moved into our new home!

He was able to negotiate on my behalf multiple times with the seller, cash allowances back to me as the buyer successfully bringing my cost for the home down in a seller’s market and keeping all the details and timeline on point. I can’t say enough about Chris. He went above and beyond to help us find a home. We were becoming hopeless that it was impossible to find a place that fit our budget and allowed pets.
