Perfect example of the problem with there being too many nurses and PA’s seeing patients instead of doctors. Nurses and PA will never be able to replace doctors and are the reason why CMMD level of care is lacking. The PA who had “extensive OBGYN experience” didn’t even know the different between a copper and hormonal IUD…

I’ve always received excellent, personalized care at this practice! The best around. And for someone with a chronic illness that has been through a LOT of doctors - that’s saying a lot. I know I can always be seen in a timely manner and know who to call if I’m sick and need to be seen THAT day. They’ve got a great practice here. You won’t be disappointed!

I switched to Dr. Meyer’s office a few years ago based on feedback I read. I have been happy with the staff and my doctor, Dr. Joan McFadden. I never feel rushed and she is caring and listens to any concerns or questions. I actually talked my husband into switching to their office as well, and he likes it as well.

Couldn't reach them by phone to schedule a new patient appt so I tried their text service. Gave them my info and they said a patient coordinator will get back to me. This was over a week ago. I've already gotten in and seen another doctor since then. Why say you are accepting new patients when you can't even get back to them to say how far out you're booking?

Edited to add- its been almost a month, they just wasted my time and never got back to me nor acknowledged my review. Glad I looked elsewhere.

I have never been anything but appreciative for the care that my family and I have received with CMMD. I am honestly shocked to hear that anyone comes in and feels rushed through their appointment. I feel exactly the opposite. I see Dr. Meyer herself and every time I see her I feel that she has all the time I need to ask all of my questions and get advice/feedback on whatever I’m asking. I have never once felt rushed. The staff has been great with helping us after hours as well. We had a pretty scary issue with a family member and not only did Dr. Meyer respond to my frantic 7 PM email quickly, but her staff made us an appointment with the imaging center early in the morning the next day and followed up frequently once the results were back and a treatment plan was organized. I will, and do, recommend this practice to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you for continuing to put your patients’ needs first.

Coming from a family of medical practitioners, I can honestly say this is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. Their compassion and caring approach, along with their ability to put the customer first and listen to their customer are what stick out most. Thank you for exemplifying what medical practices should look and feel like!

This is one of the most flexible practices I've ever been to. I really like how they have evening and weekday appointments and I've called multiple times with same-day visit needs that would typically require an urgent care visit and they've gotten me in same-day every single time.

When I’ve been ill, they work to accommodate a sick visit ASAP, the providers are responsive to messages through EPIC messaging and the text line has made it easy to schedule and update appointments as needed.

I had the pleasure of seeing Pam Conner, CRNP today and I can’t praise her enough. She is kind, compassionate and empathetic, she is an excellent listener, she is completely collaborative with me in treatment planning, and most amazingly, she always remembers me and my history, even when months go by between visits. Seeing Pam is like a visit with a really wise friend, one who really cares about you and wants what’s best for you. I’m so grateful she’s part of the CMMD team, and so grateful for a practice that is open 7 days a week, and has always been able to fit me in same day for urgent needs.

I always schedule my appointments with Kate Harlow, PA-C. She is incredibly genuine, cares about her patients and really listens to her patient's concerns.

It is a larger group practice, but that also means they have specialists. As a primary care practice, they can provide dermatology consults, routine pap smears, and also help with anxiety and depression - all in network. I have been a patient for over a decade and am grateful for their care.
