2 I set up an zoom appointment, but when I tried to connect, it said my web browser was not supported. I was then told that I could continue the appointment over the phone, but that my insurance might not cover it. I was trying to download chrome, but then the RN just disconnected. I tried calling back the office and the scheduler hung up on me. Doesn't seem like they care about my health at all.
Update: (one week later) - social media coordinator asked me for my contact info. I gave it to her and subsequently received a letter from Einstein stating they will no longer take me as their patient at any of their facilities. Is this how you handle customer complaints and/or criticisms?
Smart and truly cares for his patients. Takes time with his patients. Highly recomend.
