I recently listed a house for sale with Christy. There were the usual requirements for home inspection for C. O, correcting deficiencies from the inspection, a snow storm on the day of the appraisal and several other wrinkles. The challenging part is that I was in Florida so was completely relying on Christy to locally manage these details. The house sold very quickly, the closing took place in 3 weeks and Christy made the entire experience a pleasure. If I ever do another transaction in PA, Christy is my go to! I couldn't make a stronger recommendation:)
