The staff here is amazing. The jade room is the most peaceful place on earth. The steam sauna is so refreshing. But that exfoliating body scrub massage. My skin is as soft as a baby's and my muscles are relaxed and I'm still walking around like im floating.

This place is great! Make sure you get the Groupon before you go to get a discount. Very reasonably priced also! Separate sections for men and ladies. You get a free locker to put your things. When you walk into the spa area there's many different things to choose from. You can take a shower. They also have a shower with jets coming from all sides. You can go into the sauna. You can go into the steam room. Then take a dip in the hot tub. I would suggest after a hot sauna going under the cold water jet that constantly goes from the roof with big pressure. They also have massages for an additional fee, but the entry price includes the whole day! Also a very nice fitness room with exercise machines for your choosing. So if you want to take some time to relax and refresh, Chung Dam spa and fitness would be the best place to choose!

I have been coming to this spa for years and I must say that the atmosphere is changing big time.

I showed up recently to find out that you are given one pair of shorts and a shirt upon arrival that you can't replace in the back.

Also, the towels are old and need to be replaced ASAP. I would suggest bringing your own to wash with.

Additionally, the old, creepy, married white men are RELENTLESS with the overt cruising and masturbation. I literally have had to cuss more than a few of them out so that I could enjoy my stay.

Finally, the quality of the massages have decreased as well. The new therapists do not have any formal training which can be found out by their technique. I suggest that better trained therapists be hired.

I currently have a membership and probably will not renew it once it expires.

The staff are very abrasive. Customer service is seriously lacking. The price and facilities are decent, but certainly not enough to balance out how the staff act. For example, they frequently yell at you if you get any water in the locker room. They also don't seem to know what a "full day" means. To me by definition it should mean you are able to step out and be able to come back in. I asked the attendant in the locker room and he said that you can, just to keep your towel in your locker and keep your locker key. Sounds like it should be simple, but then the front desk clerk refused to allow me to come back, and when I started to explain, she screamed at me and got aggressive.

I will not be back and would not recommend this place.

Great massage and enjoyed using the saunas and baths to start relaxing before the massage. Very good value!

After two years of frozen shoulder, I suffered from Yumi's massage five times and now it is much better Yumi massage is the best

I have been coming here since 2012. My wife loves Korean spas and I like to relax in the sauna. Over the years the furniture and upkeep has gone down hill a bit. There is also something disturbing that was confirmed during my last and final visit. The old Korean customers have left and it's now all middle aged white dudes. They seem to stare and make too much eye contact and try to have chit chat. I told my wife it was kind of creepy over on the men's side but I never confirmed it until now.

I was in the men's side in the hot bath and I noticed a bunch of dudes coming in and out of the steam room showering quickly, looking out the shower area door and getting annoyed when the attendant came by. It seemed like they had something going on in the steam room.later when I was showering to leave I saw two men in the shower together masterbating. One of them was looking at me. Gross. I left and told the guy at the front. I'm never going back. I occurred to me that if they cracked down on this being a hookup spot for voyeurs they would probably have no business on the men's side.

My wife said the women's side was ok and still has some old Korean ladies but often has parties of hipster lesbians who talk too loud and ruin the mood. So sad this place has turned into this.

First time there and it definitely has the Korean style I was looking for. Very clean. Very good deep tissue massage! I'll be going back.

Good experience. Would be perfect if some direction came with where to go and what room is best next.
