Cider Mill Apartments

This was my first home coming to America and can I tell you it was amazing. It was quiet, clean and everything is upto date. Julie and Randy was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Easy parking and the surroundings was very relaxing. The bar set is very high. Too bad I can't give it more stars.

We loved living here for the year we were here! Maintenance was super helpful whenever something did go wrong. Julie is awesome and super responsive and helpful. Felt super safe living here.

Worst experience ever. They collect application fee by telling availability of apartment and don’t contact when fee is paid. Scam.

Cider Mill was an excellent place to live. It is quiet, both inside and out. Parking is secure and the complex is located at the end of a low traffic driveway. The rooms are up-to-date and the single maintenance request I had during my 4 years there was fixed immediately. The office and maintenance staff were always personable and know most tenants by name. I truly only have good things to say about Cider Mill.

Absolutely amazing place to live! I fell in love with the apartment as soon as I did my showing and signed a lease right there. The apartments have great storage, lighting, floor plans and very spacious balconies! I always loved coming home from work and sitting on my patio after a long day at work. The staff, Julie, and Randy are always so friendly and willing to help with any problems or just to say hi! The community at Cider Mill is also super friendly! I moved-in in May from Texas and immediately had neighbors welcoming me. It’s a great place to live and I highly recommend!

Each apartment comes with a large balcony. There is also free parking and the building is secure. To get into the building you need to have a key or your key code. The best part to me is that management is on site, so when you need help with something you can go down to their office or place a work order on their website. On their website you can also login and pay your rent which is convenient. Julie and Randy made my experience here great and I would definitely recommend Cider Mill

This apartment complex disregarded my disability and was non-accommodating which caused me to re-locate during a pandemic. The staff was dismissive, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. I had to move back in with my family members, in a different state during a global pandemic, because I could no longer live in a place where I continued to pay rent for until I was finally granted a release from my lease.

I would highly recommend that the rental company that runs this apartment educate themselves and their staff on disability laws.

The apartments are nicely updated and come with a very large balcony! The management is always very helpful and it’s an added perk to have maintenance on site for work orders and snow plowing. I never hear my neighbors and feel very safe in the building since it has great security at all points of access. The location of the complex is set in a great area with a community park and pool right outside the building. Julie and Randy have made my experience here amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend Cidermill Apartments
