I tried booking tickets online, but could not find where to use the gift card on the website. I called and tried to reserve the tickets or buy them over the phone and they would not allow my to do that. When my wife and I got there they were out of tickets. We had gotten a babysitter and everything. Very disappointed in Cinemark for the way they operate.
