I rarely give out one star reviews, since I'm very lenient, but this is one of the worst service centers I've been to. Ciocca Honda was out of state inspection stickers so my car was sent here. First, they stated two problems that needed to be fixed. And one of them was very reasonable. The other problem was very misleading. They said that the yellow tint on my fog lights was not passable. FIRST OF ALL, that is not illegal to have and I couldn't find it ANYWHERE in the PA vehicle code, or online, that stated yellow fog lights were illegal. So, now I'm wondering what unique laws they're following? Also, some cars come stock with yellow fogs, so I'm a bit confused on where these techs get their info. I'm not sure what their problem was; it's possible they have uneducated techs or maybe they just fail cars for the money. This problem added so much difficulty and stress to my day. Something that was supposed to be done in an hour took the whole day. Such a waste of time. This inconvenience threw off my whole schedule.

I finally budged and told them to just take off the yellow tint and get it done because I can't just waste time on this dumb tint (I HAVE THINGS TO DO!). 2.5 hours later they tell me that now my exhaust doesn't pass the inspection for THEM. BUT, Ciocca Honda says my exhaust is fine (Ciocca HONDA is an excellent shop) So, now they ripped off my yellow fog light tint (-$20) and also now I have to waste more time and come back another day to the honda dealership to get my inspection done. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THIS SHOP IS SUCH A MONEY & TIME WASTER.

And once I got the vehicle back, they didn't even bother to take off the tint good. There are pieces of yellow tint left on the fog lights and also the most annoying gluey residue. So not only they wasted my time but also an extra 45 minutes on me trying to take this glue off. I would've been fine if they just left them on and failed me for the exhaust but they had to just make things worse. Wasting my time and money, once again.

I do not recommend anyone to come here, unless they have some special deal where they can get their car maintained for free. And I'm not even sure if I'd trust them with that. It seems that they just can't keep their word. I wouldn't be surprised if they frequently mess up oil changes. Just stay away from this dealer.

If possible, I would give ZERO stars! We had a very bad experience. Drove for 2 hours to get there. We called ahead to arrange everything and made sure they had the car we wanted and they assured us they had it and that they would keep it for us. But when we got there they told us that they had already sold it to someone else that morning even before we called! The manager didn't even come out and apologize for the mistake!

Very courteous and helpful. I was not committed but did a test drive on a 2020 Pallisade Limited recommended by Consumer Reports.

Anthony helped make the stress of buying a new car much more enjoyable. Troy worked with me to get to a price I was comfortable with. They both went above and beyond, stayed very late, and made everything as easy on me as possible. I had to come back the next day to do some paperwork since I was there so late the night before. Since it was Anthony's day off, Kevin helped me get everything finalized. I was very happy with this experience and everyone I dealt with.

I went in and asked to test drive the Tucson since I am in the market for a new vehicle. I originally met with Kevin who was busy so he had the Sales Manager Troy meet with me and we started to speak about what I was looking for and if I was buying from them or not. I was there to test drive and give them a shot and after the sales manager treated me as he did I will not be back nor do I recommend going there for car shopping.

Philip and Jeremy were awesome to work with! They both made us feel very welcomed, listened to what we wanted, and did everything possible to work us into what we needed. I can honestly say this was the first car buying experience I've had that I didn't feel anxious or pressured. So, kudos guys, customer service like that is hard to find anymore!

This was the fourth vehicle I have bought from this dealership in the past for years. After dropping 30k for a car, I drive half way home and realize the car was not inspected! Really! I then notice the tires are overinflated to 50 psi. Dealership has us drive 25 miles back to fix this. All we are offered is a sorry. We were provided at the time of sale a checklist of items that were inspected on the car. Of course the tires were on the list. This list was clearly pencil whipped and worthless. It makes me concerned about how they conduct business at this dealership. Ciocca talks about their "Ciooca Promise", 100% satisfaction. I guess that must start on the day after the sale. 3 Hyundais in our garage, next one will be bought from another dealership. They don't seem at all concerned about a loyal customer. Really sad that they would treat anyone this way.

This is so funny. Not even a response after a year. Again, this shows their true commitment to their customers.

My daughter went in for a oil change with a coupon they sent her. They wouldn't honor the coupon. Then tried to get her to do all kinds of extra services on the vehicle which it didn't need. If you don't know anything about servicing a car, watch out, they will try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge. These are the kind of places that give dealerships a bad reputation.

Thanks Ciocca! We will never be back.

The sales department is excellent. They truly surpassed my expectations from a car dealership. The salesman to finance has definitely earned my business again.

Would not give even one star tonhyndai. They stand behind nothing! Purchased a brand new car in november had it serviced at ciocca hyndai of williamsport. Was scheduled to go back in for service this past saturday, well weekend prior my car left me sitting on the side of the road with oil everywhere. Hyndai is not helping at all or standing behind their vehicles. Ciocca hyndai says theres no way it was their fault because it was over 5000 miles since last service. Well in those 5000miles it's been driven small trips. I've been working from home because of covid. So the first long distance the car sees it leaves me on the side of the road. Hyndai is telling me that it was probably an act of vandalism. Well i live on a farm, and none of my other vehicles have had issues. Only difference is with my other vehicles is they have not been worked on by a hyndai dealership. Well guess it's time to get a lawyer. I am about fed up. Brand new car under 11000 miles with a seized engine and the only ones to touch it have been the dealer. I wouldn't buy a car from hyndai at all they do not stand behind their vehicle's or their word!

Salesman, Phil Holter, sold me a 2015 Toyota Camry. He was very professional. The entire staff was knowledgeable and personable. Overall great experience. If looking for a new vehicle, would definitely recommend looking here.

Good dealership if getting ripped off is your goal in life. Salesman was pushy and the sales manager was not as helpful as I hoped. I guess buying cars will always be stressful to the mind and body. My advice, keep your money or buy from someone else. To top it off they say what can we do to give you a better experience after the ordeal. Maybe take constructive criticism like a big boy and understand that people have the right to express an opinion about the poor sales service they received from your dealship. Contact yourself.

The salesman, management, and staff alike at Ciocca Hyundai are super nice, helpful, and accommodating. They made sure my fiancé knew the insides and outs of her new lease. We came in just to look and test drive and drove out in a new 2020 Kona. Phil was an incredible salesman. We got to know him on a personal level and he got to know us. He made the process as painless as possible. Can’t say enough good things about him! I’d lease/buy another vehicle from Phil in a heartbeat! Lease or buy your next vehicle from Ciocca Hyundai or any of the Ciocca dealerships for that matter.
