Salesman was very nice. Gianna did test drive with me. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. We traded our car for SUV Honda pilot. Low mileage and good price.

Thank you Jakob for making this experience so easy and pleasant! We told you exactly what we were looking for and you delivered. Highly recommend Ciocca Suburu and Jakob Pacheco!

Terrible experience I have bought many new vehicles and have never been to a dealership as bad as this one. Salesman would not work with us when I had cash to buy the exact car we wanted they feel as if they can kick you around because of there limited stock and they do not treat you properly.

Early this year I was compering deals at Subaru dealership. I stop at Ciocca, thier were my second stop at that day.
The deal didn't go through.
Menager was really impulsive to take car today and leave trade in.
I get slowly confused and tired, and didn't want to sign papers before I clear my head and review in my pace papers.
I was asked for SSN and promised by menager that they will not run anything on my credit report. It was a lay.
They run.
I assume because I didn't buy a car the deliberate run a credit report and I lost a 14 points.
That was not fair.
Do yourself a favour.
Make a written statement, or tell them to record that you are not allowed to run your credit report, or do not give your SSN.

The car market right now is insane, but working with Ciocca made it feel like any other day. I got a great deal and left with an amazing vehicle! We’ve started a lasting relationship and I’ll definitely be a long term customer. Thank you Ciocca!

I went in to look at a Outback Wilderness and the only person who acknowledged me was the receptionist and she directed me to the brochure rack. Very disappointing to see people sitting around and not one person spoke to me!

Mr. Fernando Santiago Jr. Thank you so much for your help with our car. You made the process simple and easy to understand for us and we appreciated your patience and expertise.

Every person I have encountered at Ciocca Subaru has treated me like family. Marshal has taken the time to answer every single one of my million questions with patience and knowledge. He really knows his stuff! He isn't your typical sales guy- he REALLY does want to make you happy. Jullian also helped me and was super sweet and down to earth! Daniel Berry was my finance guy and was so kind and spoke in a way I could understand. (and thats not easy! Lol) Every time I walk into the dealership, I am greeted with a smile and comfort knowing I'm in good hands! I used to work for Ciocca and I stand by this company!

Fernando and the sales manager did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and being patient with me as I went back-and-forth between several vehicles. The team there did a great job of explaining the differences between the vehicles I was considering and making sure I felt comfortable with the decision I was making.

I did not feel like I was being treated like “just another sale” by them.

The team also seem to take great pride in the cars that they sold that they were clean (physically and mechanically) and ready for their customers. I feel very comfortable that not only did I get a good deal but I got a great car. I would definitely go back for a pre-owned car in the future.

Our Salesman Fernando did a great job understanding our needs and answering our questions. We bought a used vehicle and they made it very clear that they stand behind selling quality vehicles even when they are used. There were a couple of small issues with the car and they have done a good job making sure all of that has been taken care of before we took possession of the car. A pleasure to do business with. Leaves me feeling like I am getting my money’s worth.

We needed to purchase a new vehicle for our daughter and found Ciocca Subaru of Allentown to be very easy to do business with. Everyone that we needed to speak to was friendly and professional.
Our sales specialist, Julian Sanchez, was wonderful to work with and really made sure we picked the right vehicle without any hype or pressure, truly professional with a great sense of humor.
Daniel Berry, manager in financing, was also very easy to work with. We were able to make the transaction in a very seamless way without any gimmicks.
We would strongly recommend Ciocca

11/10 recommend! Everyone was professional and explained in much detail. We were first time buyers and they helped accommodate for it. They got everything done in a timely manner, even though their were so many costumers. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Overwhelmingly positive experience at Ciocca. Very welcoming staff and Sebastian (love ya Sea Bass!) was a great sales rep and very helpful. Ciocca’s service is outstanding and they really care about their customers. Definitely would recommend to anyone. I did take my car in for an oil change at Ciocca today though and when I got my car back it smelled very strongly of farts. It was definitely a fart because the smell dissipated rather quickly but the smell was very off-putting and I can’t help but feel targeted by this aggressive attack; must be because I made a typo when I was booking my appointment. Overall great experience at Ciocca though.

Let me preface this review by saying I have never had an enjoyable car purchase. Ciooca Subaru went above and beyond in all departments of purchasing a vehicle. From the start I had a great feeling about purchasing a car from here. They helped replace my WRX that was lost in Ida. Bringing my brother and his wife to purchase cross-tek.

I just bought my first Subaru here through Neil Gerst. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. I will definitely be going back to him for my next purchase.

BEWARE: terrible coordination between Collision and Service Dept

I purchased my Subaru from Ciocca back in 2019. I had only neutral interactions with the company for the first two years, nothing super stellar, nothing super awful. That is, until I had to interact with their Collision department in Oct 2021. I dropped my vehicle off for a collision repair on Thurs 10/21, after meeting with one of their team members (a very friendly and nice guy) for an estimate the previous week. I was told then that the work would take 1 week, 2 max. I explained that the vehicle needed routine service, and we walked to the Service counter and spoke to a staff member about how my car would need to be transitioned to Service after the Collision repair was finalized. Notes were made in my file about the exact service needed.

The morning I was scheduled to drop it off (and had coordinated for my husband to take off work to bring me to the shop), I got a call from their Collision customer service rep telling me they suddenly had a backlog of clients, and wouldn't be able to get to my car for 1-2 weeks.

I explained to the woman that I had been promised by her team member that the turn around time would be 1-2 weeks, and decided to drop the car off despite the warning, as my husband was not able to take off again the following week.

I was then promised that the car would be ready by Nov 5th, 2.5 weeks after I dropped it off. When I called on Nov 3 to inquire about the progress of the car, no one could find information about it. I wanted to make sure that the car would make it to the Service Dept after it was done in Collision, as the vehicle needed an oil change and a fuel injection pump replacement (as part of a recall). The staff told me that when the car was done in Collision, it would move to their Service department. No update was provided on Fri Nov 5th. When I reached out on Monday Nov 8th to see if the car had been transferred to service, they explained that they hadn't coordinated payment with my insurance company, and planned to hold the car hostage in their Collision department, instead of sending it over to Service for the necessary work.

They are a completely disjointed company, with a totally separate computer system, customers notes, payments, etc for their Collision Team from their Service team. If you expect them to operate as a team, or efficiently handle work related to your car, you will be disappointed. I am very, very disappointed in their policies, their decision to withhold my car from Service, and the lack of customer support I've experienced while my car has been in their shop.

After purchasing a used car, finishing paperwork, and returning home, I found I still had questions about some of the paperwork. I returned to Ciocca and met with the financial person who originally helped me. He took at least a half hour to further explain everything. I appreciate the patient care given me and commend him.
His name is John Antigua.

Purchased ascent last 2019 after it was newly released, then just after 2 years at less than 20K miles for not using it daily to work, the breaks made a horrible shakes before stopping at the light and most of all while turning the car to park, it made a loud squeaking noise. Brought it to the dealership and found out to have a major problem of the transmission. Although it’s covered in the warranty, just imagine how bad would it be if something happens. I used to trust a lot for any japanese car reliability,
however, what happened subaru? I think quality is compromised for these new car models.
