Everyone was nice and was willing to help make my services fast and timing. My service rep Matthew was patience and nice with me. He made sure he called with any updates or changes. Also, he sured me if I had any problems moving forward, do hesitate to give them a call.

After over 25 years at different dealership, I needed to find another closer to my new home. Ciocca was a great choice. Jeremy helped me negotiate a new service area system with graciousness and expertise. He was honest and welcomed questions. I will return.

We went to lease a new Subaru Legacy at Ciocca in Philadelphia and I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff. Our sales agent Mo, Avery in tech support, Giovanni in finance, everyone made us feel comfortable and we never felt any pressure. I have been using Ciocca for a couple years to service our old Legacy, but this was the first time using them to do a lease. I highly recommend them. Oh, and their service department is equally excellent. Thank you Ciocca for everything.

Great experience- really friendly team there. Overall quick experience. I got a little video explaining what they found. Washed my car. Waiting area with wifi and water/coffee/snacks. Really happy to have a Subaru dealership in the city and nice to know it’s a good experience. I’ll come here moving forward

This was my 3rd service appointment & yes my needs were always met this time around Nicole was on point with what I needed & relayed my needs to the technician. My questions answered, I watched a video that help me understand & in turn I was able to explain to the wife & helping her understand & feel better about our new car.

Mathew is great this is my second time dealing with him. Good personality, informative. I was haveing an issue with the tire pressure sensor light on. The tech drove my car put it on the lift, visually checked all the tires, made a video of it. Texted it to me. Gave me some air and reset the sensor. This was all a courtesy visit! Free. I thought they were just going to give me air. I appreciate them really checking the tires out. I bought the car there and have stayed with them for service. So far great!

I’ve always had a great experience with Ciocca Subaru. The team provides top not service. As nice as they are I wish I didn’t have to visit so often. I feel like I’ve had way too many issues with my Outback that is just over a year old.

I kept getting messages from the Ciocca dealership that I had a tire pressure problem. I brought my car in to have the tires checked.

The staff are friendly and efficient! Very easy drop off for inspection, curtesy shuttle home and pick up by afternoon. Complimentary car wash looked great!

Didn’t realize I would be getting charged for the test, the oil consumption test, which I was under the impression that Subaru would be taking up the cost of that. That being said, if the short block on the engine Has to be replace who incurs the cost of that

The customer service I experienced at Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia was outstanding! My service advisor, Matthew, displayed excellent customer facing skills which should be the standard for every company. My Crosstrek received the recommended maintenance oil change & lube as well as the yearly inspection. It’s wonderful to have the dealership right in the neighborhood.

My trip to Ciocca on 1400 s 33rd is always pleasant when I purchase I came just to look and I end up walking out with one there friendly it’s homey and there very given of there time and fast u will leave glad u purchased or just glad u stopped bye

Let me tell you something they service to me was 100000000% the best I ever experienced and I was driving for 20 years and I’ve been to tones of dealerships and they exceeded my expectations for one they made sure to get me a ride home and picked me up we are talking about Philly dealership doing this for me it’s the first and I really appreciated their customer service Meghan was the best she made sure I had all the things I needed and the fact the techs sent me a video once they stared my car was amazing I’m sorry for the bad English I am in a rush but I really love this dealership o and Meghan deserves a bonus!
