Jake is awesome! Buying my new car 2023 GLI was super easy. The car was being shipped in and Jake kept in communication with me with any up dates.

Recently it appears they completely changed management. This, along with them refusing to take any responsibility for an ongoing issue I have with a 2020 Passat has resulted in me being on my own and needing a new engine at $8k+. Customer service is probably the worst I have ever experienced in 46 years. I have documented concerns with the issue, but still Ciocca and their management have said there is nothing that they can do. Do yourself a favor and do not shop, use their service department or do any business with them. Definitely the most frustrated I have ever been with any business I’ve dealt with.

I’d also like to add how condescending and inconsiderate all employees are at this dealership. I guess that speaks to the culture, or should I say negative culture and lack of focus on customer service.

This was an absolute nightmare. First I thought about trading in the car after fixing it. Terrible idea. I had to wait 3 days for an ‘estimater’ to call me. Even when someone did get back to me it wasn’t even the estimater. Just a random member of the sales staff who knew NOTHING. The offer was a completely random number with little explanation. The entire time I worked with them was not worth the time I wasted. Should have just fixed it day one. After that the service experience was worse. Got quoted repeatedly the timing chain would be $3,071 plus tax, but when I get there it’s $3,700! Why? The most insane fees possible like the oil clean up fee. How the clean up is not part of the job boggles my mind, but to not mention this, or the other random fees you’ve invented, in the estimate until pick up feels close to robbery. You’re forcing me to pay for things I didn’t agree to and wasn’t aware of only after I would be legally obliged to pay for it. Honestly, it’s my 2nd VW in a row (last vehicle was a Passat), I REALLY wanted a 3rd, but now there’s no way I’d work with this dealer in any form ever again. Hell, I may not even buy another VW and just go with the electric Mustang. Sucks because I’ve been waiting for that electric bus for YEARS!

Service and parts personnel were very friendly and helpful. Scheduling my appointment was easy as can be, and they got me in and out in a timely manner.

The service department got on my problem right away. Checked out what I thought was a problem and found nothing wrong. Also did the 20K service.

My son purchased a used truck and was not told it has a rusted shock which will cost $800 to fixed. Let a message for manager and sales person and no response. Will not be purchasing a vehicle from them again. Buyer beware!

I am a long time customer of Ciocca, having just bought my fourth car from the dealership, an Atlas. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Bought/leased 5 vehicles from this dealership in the past. This time, the new Sales Manager was arrogant and prideful. We agreed to the price but he wanted us to finance the vehicle at over 15 percent interest. We walked out and will never go back again.

After receiving word that our 2016 Passat needed 4 bushings replaced, we picked up a dealer loaner which was great but, there was no communication for over 24 hours on the status of the repairs even after leaving 2 vm messages. Additionally, after spending $1350 on the repairs, we picked up the Passat and it was filthy. Subpar response to a significant amount of work, in general.

Refused to fix the squealing brake issue stating its a known issue but there's nothing to fix because it's a German car and it's not a safety issue. I have 3 other vehicles that are older, all different makes, all driven the same frequency and the jetta is the only one that has squealing brakes every time I use it.

TO THE OWNER: If you are interested in fixing the issue, my car is currently sitting on your lot with 5000 miles on it and is still not fixed even. No one in your service department has bothered responding to me in a week or rectifying the issue. They stated that while it is a known problem it's not a safety issue so it basically not their problem.

Ordered some parts yesterday, specifically asked for performance pack dust shields. I was told they didn't have them and that they would be in the next day. Went today picked them up, and they were the non performance pack smaller shields which don't fit. Had my car up on Jack's, removed caliper, rotor just to find out they don't fit. Called back, spoke with the guy that took my order, said that since the car didn't originally come with performance pack he thought that's what I wanted. Didn't ask, didn't confirm, just assumed. He said it was a misunderstanding, when I corrected him and said that it wasn't a misunderstanding and he just made a mistake as he admittedthat i asked for performancepack, he got mad and hung up. Wort dealership ever. I've owned vw from the last 25 years and would never take my car here. If you need parts order from fcpeuro and save yourself the headache. Will never shop here nor ever recommend this place.

My experience with Ciocca Volkswagen dealership is excellent because when it comes to customer service the staff are great, and when your vehicle is up for service the waiting period is quick, and my 2020 Volkswagen tiguan SUV is economical and is very reliable, thanks Ciocca Volkswagen for the things you do for your customers.

My overall experience was excellent! Everyone at Ciocca is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and made the buying process so easy. Jake did an awesome job helping me out and is a great promoter of Volkswagen. I’m ecstatic about my new car!

Everything is always taken care of without without any issues.monica was helpful and booked a Lyft for me to get back to the garage to pick up my Jetta. It was very much appreciated.

The front desk staff is extremely personable, and friendly and does a great job of making the drop off/ pick up experience convenient.
