Clean, appropriately priced, easy access to cira green, good check out system.
For a first timer it was confusing that you drive by a gate at the entrance thinking you get a ticket from it, but in reality you need to drive to a second gate out of initial view where you actually get your ticket. Would help if they put a basic sign up saying something like ‘keep driving, receive ticket up ahead’.

I pay for the monthly garage and I had a horrible experience as I had to leave for an emergency situation from the garage. My card wasn’t working and support wasn’t readily available for me to be able to leave the parking lot and I had to call an Uber. It’s highly unacceptable for such an expensive monthly fee.
