8Items ring up at register for more than they say on the shelves then the employees play dumb. Watch your receipts.
The manager/boss at this store is great. She makes sure the store stays open and makes sure that her community gets their needs when regular employees obviously don't show up. That girl needs a raise and needs a break for sure. She's constantly at her store making it great.
I missed my buss to go home, and not only did the clerk let me charge my phone, he also let me stay while I was waiting for my ride.
The store was crowded and dirty, only one lane was open, and the employees seemed distracted and annoyed to be there.
Nice staff. They dealt very courteously with the lady in front of me who was very nasty and argumentative.
Worst place ever! They stay open all night but pull up and you’ll catch the employee’s in the back doing nothing or sometimes not even there at all store abandoned at night!
The day I went customer service was good, the slurpee machines worked and the line wasnt long!
Its sad ive lived here for 30yrs. And this store has been part of my life. It was the Dairy Mart back then. But i do not know what to call it anymore. Lets say its a circus. The employees are extremely disrespectful, not all just most. And i really dont feel that the manager is qualified to run any establishment. He seem to let the employees do as they wish. And defends there outrageous behaviors. Today i complained about them not having cup lids and holders for about a week now. I was tge only one in tge store standing in line while she was staring at me then people came in and she took tgem at other register.i tried to get in line after the first guy and she pulled 2 more in front of me the manager did nothing. In this time a man started screaming and threatening me and the manager agreed to his question do you want me to beat him out of your store. And ive seen employees shame a mentally handicapped man in front of the whole store over his hair and clothes with tge other employee. I seen them kick a old lady out rudely bover forgetting her mask after she had got her shoping done. Everytime i see the same employees they are on tgere phones andvget mad because u want them to ring you out. Talking about sex and drugs loudly with people and children in store.i mean the list goes on.
