Ok citadel employee in East Orange we're very kind and compassion when it came to getting care for my mom. The Nurse was very kind and professional. The Coordinator kept me up to date with my Aide and the recruiter who referred me to Citadel got me the exact Aide so needed for my mom. My mom is very happy with the services!

Jahira is very helpful and the company was very welcoming when I was first applying. Also everything goes so smoothly and they all work together with me and its a very good environment!

Citadel provides excellent home healthcare service. Dealing with their personnel is a pleasure. They have been able to provide me with capable, dependable help for my husband on a regular basis to fit his needs. If I have a problem relating to my husbands care or the specialized equipment he uses, the Director of Nursing, John Lock has always been available day or night. I would recommend Citadel to anyone needing home care.
