After a shakey start with corporate and customer service. Anthony at this branch solved all of those issues quickly and easily. Customer service is alive and well with him and his branch!

Well citizens Bank is a nice Bank. It's not my personal bank, but I pick up change for business and make deposits for a friend. They've always treated me politely, professionally, and if I were looking to change Banks this is one that I would definitely consider.

The staff at Centerville are amazing and very helpful. I had an issue with my account and Anthony was very patient and was able to quickly resolve my issue. If you don’t bank with Citizens, I would give them a try.

This is the second time Citizens Bank and specifically this location has left me in a hopeless situation. This most recent disaster was when I used very poor judgement and trusted the Citizens Bank app mobile deposit. I used to use it every week until I ran into this very problem about 6 months ago. But with everything going on I deposited my paycheck using the app on Friday 3/27. It’s supposed to clear by Monday, no big deal. Now the teller at this location told me my paycheck won’t be available until April 6th. How can it take a big bank 10 days to verify that my small paycheck is good? The manager and teller were extremely rude and disrespectful. The corporate office told me that the manager should be able to verify the check. The teller told me no and the manager refused to talk to me or call me back. I have rent, other bills, and vital prescriptions to pay for on the first. And I can’t take my check to get cashed because I already wrote for Citizens bank only on it. There’s nothing I can do and this branch’s employees know it and have no sympathy and are smug about it. I hope I’ll be alright for a week without my blood pressure medicine. And the late rent fee of $90 is going to be awesome! This branch is truly incompetent. Do not even try to deal with them. Make the drive to a different one or better yet change banks.
