Citizens, Clarks Summit PA

I normally don’t do this, but I went into this branch to deposit a check, there was a gentleman infront of me, I was only there for about 2 minutes and a lady came out of this office an asked me what I was doing, I said I’m just depositing a check, she rudely stated oh, I thought it was something you couldn’t go to the atm for, so I said ok and went outside to the atm, where I had too wait behind a customer, I said the her I can’t believe the attitude I just got, she told me they did the same to her. Then the lady from the office came out and rudely asked if I know how to use an atm. I said yes, she proceeded to hover over me like I was a child and acting very condescending towards me, I didn’t want too create a scene so I finished what I had too do. If this is the service you get at this bank I would be very weary about going into it. I should add other than this one exchange I have never had an issue here, I’ve been in the bank three times and the first two the teller was nice to work with hence the three stars.

I went in to open a new checking account not knowing I needed an appointment, and the staff still greeted me with a smile and offered to help. Jackie was quick and courteous and super professional. I would recommend this branch to anyone
