Citizens Bank reviews
7This is the branch that made me decide citizens was not the bank for me. Account has been closed. Everyone. Take your money and get far away from this bank.
Due to COVID19, all branches are closing at 3pm. I got to the branch at closing and was told by a Citizen's staffer who was standing in the parking lot that there was drive thru service. Multiple cars were already waiting. I get in line with my car and at 3: 20, AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING, a staffer walks up to my car and tells me and others after me that the last car getting service is the one before me. Why didn't he come out at 3pm and cut off the line instead of disregarding and disrespecting people's time? This is poor management and completely unacceptable. He made no apology for it either. Do not bank at this branch unless you're fine with low-level customer service. Other branches are much better.
Worst branch I’ve ever been to; always a long wait, associates don’t care and are completely unknowledgeable. Services here single handedly made me switch banks. Stay away at all costs!
Unprofessional rude staff. I came to open an account, the rep told me to wait. I waited and looked around, there was only one rep helping customers, the other 2 tellers were talking gossip and can't help anyone because they are useless. The obese manager is inside her office eating lunch and watching movies. I left after 15 minutes, I would not waste a dime or a minute on these losers.
Went there today to pay a bill and the tellers were so unprofessional. The young lady was new and The other 2 guys were busy talking to one of their friends. The manager told me that they couldn't accept the home equity payment. What bank or business you know won't take a payment. I never had a problem at any other location. This is why I deal with credit unions.
