Citizens Bank Park reviews
16Amazing ballpark. Huge fans of the Phillies. I’m not putting 5 starts just because they are my favorite team, they really own up to their name. It’s a huge community that everyone loves. The crowds are always supportive, fun, and very interesting! I highly recommend giving Phillies a try! Also, you can also visit the stadium for tours, concerts, etc.
Absolutely awesome! This is the third time I've been here, but first time during the postseason, and the atmosphere is unreal the excitement from the fans! Visited from Vancouver, WA for their playoff run this year, and wish I didn't have to go back. I met CEO John Middleton after the game, and YouTuber Philly Captain and Luke-one of the greeters in the Phillies team store on the field level before the game-such nice guys! I'm jealous that they get to spend their days at a great place!
We had a great time at CBP!
It was truly a wonderful experience. The staff at the ballpark were friendly & helpful. This includes the parking attendant, the ushers, & the food & merchandise vendors. All of that plus a Phillies win made this an awesome day out with the family.
Never a bad seat in the bank! Atmosphere is like no other and is amazing to be in. Day game, or night game, wild card to playoffs and world series is worth every penny spent.
Love that it's a short drive to get here for a good ball game with my wife, family and friends.
We went to a Phillies game. I needed handicapped seating and our views were amazing. We had plenty of space to move around.
We were there for the Pink concert. She, naturally, was fabulous. Sound was good. If you weren't in the $$$$ field seats by the stage, you had to depend primarily on the big screens. The screen directly behind the field seats included a multi story tent that blocked at least half the stage for thousands of seats, including ours.
For women, restrooms were clean but VERY few, leading to LONG lines with few stalls unless you wanted to hit a summertime plastic portapotty outside.
It’s really hard to have a bad time in citizens bank park. The views are amazing. And there’s a lot of great places to hang out around if you don’t feel like being stuck in your seat. Love, a Phillies game at this place is great for concerts too and I’ve run the whole thing at the Spartans Sprint too. It’s a Philly staple for a reason.
I'm from Philly and citizens park has to be the greatest ball park. I've been to a few baseball games in different stadium and by far I think my hometown is the best you can get! Everything from the food, atmosphere, different personality and the love for the phillies. The staff that work have the best knowledge of the stadium and answers any questions that you have. I'm a big food geek lol and I swear there is no place that serves better food than hear. The Philadelphia fans are very different that anyone else and can get extremely loud and obnoxious at any time. I love it!
Sound was great even in the nose bleeds! And height was not going to stop P! Nk from greeting her fans.
Pink! Great venue! The stadium was clean and well staffed. The lines to the bathrooms were outrageous, but I guess there's not a whole lot you can do about that.
Park was clean and staff helpful. I would recommend signs for the exits of the bathroom indicating men or ladies as sometimes people walk in the exit
Great, large ballpark. Wide concourses make it easy to walk with ample food. Always clean and well maintained. Most staff are friendly. Parking is easy and plentiful.
Every seat is GOOD. Have a tough time deciding what to eat there. Add a fabulous team like the PHILLIES, & it just doesn't get any better!
This team!
Side note: all the negative reviews are visitors. If ur complaining bout ticket prices, didn’t u see them beforehand? Was it a shock on ur receipt? Beer n fries didn’t u see it in the board? Don’t be mad of what they charge u, don’t buy it than!?
go Phillies!
Great ballpark even if the Phils aren't that good, staff is friendly and helpful, Phillies are improving always a good time at the Ball Park.nice to see the stadium full again. Great place.
Good views of the field from all areas. Food and drinks are expensive. You can bring in food and non-alcoholic items from the outside. Depending on the event you can find parking for $15. All entrences have walk through metal detectors. Wiffleball field and play ground for the little ones.
