Diasson and Brandon, came over a few minutes early, they were poffesional and got right to work. Quick and efficent, they assesed the situation and got right to work.

Diasson was great! He was punctual and came to treat our house for mice. He put down poison, traps, steel wool and identified any holes and filled them. They also were very quick to come out too!

Brandon was phenomenal in pinpointing the areas where we think the mice are coming in. He was able to seal up the outside and inside areas of my home appropriately. He is also very patient, kind and professional. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease on the strategy used to eliminate the issue. The office/answering service personnel are also the kindest people to deal with! I would highly recommend this company for all your extermination needs!

After dealing with the company, I realized quickly they want to just collect a buck, I would not recommend this company at ALL. They will not focus on your pest problem or have specific solutions. My recommendation is do NOT waste your time. I have reached on multiple occasions and I have not heard back from them.

Brandon and Daisson were great. Knowledgeable and professional and worked together to be quick yet thorough in their inspection areas.

DeShawn and Brandon were amazing. They patched up all the holes we could fine they were great with customer service respectful, friendly nice on time clean the up self five star rating thrown them through.

City Best Pest Control's customer service is OUTSTANDING. Ian and Daisson were our technicians and they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with the circumstance. It was also nice to speak with Amanda who did a great job with scheduling the appointments and providing appointment reminders. We are so pleased that we found this company!

I called this company this morning to get a quote on some services we were possibly looking to use them for. Unfortunately due to customer service agent who was assisting me constantly coughing on the phone, going silent and me constantly having to say hello and every minute her not knowing the answers to my questions and again constantly going silently and her saying things like oh I'm sorry I'm trying to do the math etc.the call became so annoying and unprofessional I was forced to just have to hang up the call.

Hopefully they will look further into this being that customer service is the first encounter a potential client has with a company and just like in this circumstance it has deterred me from wanting to use them.

Amanda in the office and JULIAN in the field were both extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Julian arrived early, which was really a bonus. He explained everything he was doing and how the procedure works. I am glad I chose to work with this company on a continuous basis.

Liz was absolutely fabulous and went above and totally beyond with our treatment. The phone representative Donna was also super sympathetic and helped us know we were doing all the right things during such a wild fiasco.
