They barely answer the phone, it’s kind of ridiculous. I’ve been calling since they opened until 3pm and still no answer. They need better receptionist.

They did a great job in replacing the transmission in my suburban and made sure I was up to date in the progress!

There were several things wrong with my vehicle, they got me in within a couple of days and worked very hard repairing everything and I was able to pick up my vehicle a day later. Honest people, great service!

Went to get my installed new pads and rotors fixed they were sqeauking they said 125 plus 5 for grease. I had the same issue brakes still squeak which the reason I came in the first place. Left the same issue came back later brakes still squeak so I come back to the shop owner is aggressive and wants to argue which im not here to argue I paid for a service that you did not provide. My part guy made it right and actually fixed what I paid City Brake for. Only reason I m not trashing them because they refunded my money. Not friendly to people of color and felt unwelcome which is cool because I will never be back and not recommend them to family or friends. If you do business do it right mistakes happen that's an opportunity to make it right I'm not a part owner in your company labor is your issue not mine do it right and both parties will be happy.

After several bad experiences elsewhere, I talked to City Brake regarding several repairs for my 2014 Focus. The estimate was quite reasonable, and so far, so good (I just picked up my car). The staff persons are honest, reliable and good at what they do. I highly recommend.
